Melissa and Katy provided Excellent performance on our recent reverse mortgage. We were early on over whelmed with companies attempting to provide their services. We decided on three of these companies comparing offers as they came in. Melissa was our first contact with one of these companies. Melissa provided fast accurate information as we could readily compare each companies offerings almost on the spot. We ended up choosing Melissa's company, Reverse Mortgage.com because of the early professional connection provided by Melissa and company. Once we were committed we were introduced to a young lady named Katy. Again, Katy provided the part of the process of events leading up to and including closing. Katy and Melissa really are the young professionals we hear about both in their personal life and the industry. We always could trust both with a quick accurate answer to any of our petty questions and/or concerns. We would have no problem recommending this company or these two fine professionals should the opportunity arise.

Katy was the most amazing professional. She made me feel I was the only client she had. Every question was important and very fast to explain or get the explanation for me. The company is straightforward and hides NOTHING. Mathew got us started and turned us over to Katy. I can't say enough great things about Katy. I hope anyone looking into reverse mortgage has the opportunity to work with Katy.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reverse mortgage. they work so hard with you, keep you constantly updated and involved. not only do they work so hard....the people I worked with...Michelle, Kacey, and Laura are warm, friendly , so knowledgeable, and they make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

I am not one to write a review but in this case I had to, working with Jeff Baily at reverse mortgage was one of the most pleasant experiences I had working with anyone, Jeff was so pleasant to work with, I looked at a few reverse mortgages companies, but this company was the best one, there are not enough words to say how wonderful it was working with jeff, anyone out there looking to do a reverse mortgage this is the company, I am very happy with the way everything went. they are the BEST.

I worked with Jeff Bailey who was professional and efficient. Everything went smooth and easy, the company processes were clear and communicated well. I would recomend this co. to anyone interested in doing a reverse mortgage.

We initially selected AAG (compared to Reverse Mortgages) on the advice of a trusted financial advisor on June 13, 2016, based primarily on AAG's size and dominance in the reverse mortgage marketplace. That turned out to be AAG's downfall as over the next 8 weeks they continually failed to "have the right hand know what the left was doing"; communicate with me in a timely fashion about what was happening or needed; and failed to alert me, until Aug 1, after we had already been conditionally approved, that "we cannot close this file in a trust in the state of Texas," without providing any amplifying explanation. I fired AAG by email on Aug 8, stating "Well, since nobody seems to care to return my calls or emails, I assume that means you don't care about my business. It also shows a distinct lack of interest in communicating with a client to get to a closed deal, certainly a different position from your email dtd 6/13/2016 in which you stated 'I will be with you every step of this process. I am always here if you need anything.' Or your following email in which you pleaded 'Please give me that opportunity to earn your business.' How do you feel you're representing AAG or earning my business now?"

I then returned back to Reverse Mortgages, and Amber Hatcher who had previously matched AAG's offer; cautioned me about AAG's size & touted the benefits of working with the smaller, "leaner" Reverse Mortgages; and, thru continual email inquiries, had kept asking about "how were things going and if you need to change, let me know." And when I explained the whole difficulty, she immediately responded, explaining the trust issue completely; showed us how to transfer from AAG to Reverse Mortgages; and get us closed with 30 days. She has performed exactly, and as professionally, as she said she and her Reverse Mortgages team, including Katy Via would do: they communicated everything that was needed; detailed all steps (& then completed them); followed up completely so that we knew how, when and why things were happening; and managed our every expectation such that we were comfortably informed, completely "in-the-loop" at every step, and not surprised by anything. Our closing signing last evening, Sep 7, went off without a hitch and within her "30 days to close" schedule. Perfect teamwork, all the way through. Amber and Katy do everything they say they will, and are great representatives of Reverse Mortgages. We will recommend them, and Reverse Mortgages, to anyone at any time. Thank you.

My experience was unusual because the title to my house is held within my personal Trust. Thus, the Trust documents had to be reviewed for compliance with all HUD requirements; in that, there was a problem that took a couple weeks and many phone calls to solve. The Reverse Mortgage Inc. people helped me through this maze and were patient and diligent in making the end result a success.

I couldn't ask for a more dedicated or nicer group of people at RMI who know their business. This is the last mortgage that I will ever have; but if I ever needed another, RMI and Amber & Katie would be my first call.

When I first heard Amber's voice and then that of Katy, I knew I was in good hands. As a team they worked wonders with me,answering all questions and giving me confidence.
