Ho acquistato una plafoniera Morandi fidandomi del loro sito a 120 euro piu spedizione. Il sito é tutto in italiano. Mi é arrivata una plafoniera che identica ho trovato su aliexpress e amazon al nome macaron del valore di 30 e 52 euro rispettivamente.
Oltretutto ammacata su un lato, di una qualità bassissima. Ho chiesto la procedura di reso e mi hanno risposto fornendomi un indirizzo in Cina ed informandomi che le spese sarebbero state a mio carico.
Sconsiglio qualsiasi acquisto da questi truffatori cinesi.

Prodotto contraffatto, venditore disonesto: attenzione alla costosa truffa!!!

Ho ordinato una lampada di design tramite Artoog, fidandomi delle foto e della descrizione del prodotto. Quello che ho ricevuto era chiaramente un falso: di scarsa qualità, completamente diverso dal design originale e che non valeva nemmeno una frazione di quanto ho pagato. Come se non bastasse la lampada è arrivata rotta!

Quando ho sollevato dubbi, il venditore ha dichiarato falsamente che l'articolo era originale al 100%. Ho richiesto un rimborso, ma ha accettato solo a condizione che restituissi il prodotto in Cina A MIE SPESE. Il costo del reso è esorbitante (oltre 300 €) a causa delle dimensioni e del peso: una classica truffa per evitare i rimborsi.

Non si tratta di un caso isolato: questo modello di business si basa sull'inganno: adescare i clienti con immagini false, spedire imitazioni di bassa qualità e poi bloccare i rimborsi scaricando il costo del reso sull'acquirente.

Non ci si dovrebbe fidare di Artoog come piattaforma. Aperto reclamo con PayPal e se non basterà segnalerò al AGCM, Antitrust italiano e anche a quello europeo.
