Easy to make a special gift
It was easy to upload the photo. I was notified when the trivet I ordered was being shipped. The company is generous and included a gift (actually 2) which was much appreciated. I like the burlap bag that the products came in. I am giving them as a gift so it is an attractive way to present them.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. I ordered custom coasters commemorating a trip to Alaska, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. The company also provides outstanding customer service; when I needed help with a sizing issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it.
