The experience I had working with Pronto was very effortless and professional. Great communication and I was able to comment and approve on each of pictures as they were taking them through a live chat with their lead photographer. Will definitely work with them again in the future!

I had my products waiting there for more than a month before I did the virtual shoot. I didn’t know what to expect. I had a few professional website developers tell me they look photoshopped and now I have to go to a different photographer and get them redone. After spending $$$ for 30 pictures. In USD, no less. I though ‘oh they’re in Calgary why would I have to pay American dollars’. I didn’t read it properly but just assumed since we are in Canada we would pay Canadian dollars. Huge mistake. I also keep getting emails to my inbox even through I keep moving to my junk folder so this review is also based on the numerous marketing emails that I’m not interested in. They offered to refund some of my pictures but it’s just the whole process that was disappointing. I bought 30 out of more than 100 pictures I figured I needed them, but I get a lump in my throat when I think about how much it all cost.

Best customer service I ever had. Great understanding of customer needs. Amazing pictures that will take my business to another level. Will definitely use their services again.

vision as you. They simply get it. Our photos have helped us a lot with our digital marketing content and in showcasing our products online. They really stand out. It's so convenient as well. You simply ship your items, they take photos and then you choose and pick the images you want to purchase.

Had a great experience with the Pronto team. I requested photos, gave a general idea of what I was looking for, and paid a deposit. Within a day the team got back to me. Treesha and the team were very helpful in setting up creative vision. They went above and beyond what I wanted and I felt they really went out of their way to enhance the photos and suggest shots. On the day of the shoot, they were very responsive and gave me consistent updates and took in any feedback. The quality of the photos were amazing and really exceeded my expectations. I found a very nice increase in conversion rates afterwards. Highly recommend this team when shooting products for e-commerce.

I loved working with the team, they were great & very responsive. As for the quality of the pictures, I think they were quite under par & so was the styling of the shoot.
