They were so fast. I put in that i wanted an order and got an email right away and within a couple of hours I received my order.

Great work! Completed the job fast! Fast response time. Friendly staff. Thank you.

ArtLogo is an amazing service. They made sure my graphic was exactly how I wanted it every step of the way. They give you multiple file types, not just SVG. I will be recommending this service and absolutely using it again! Thanks ArtLogo!

The team was easy to work with. I didn't have to explain to much on what I needed and my design came out amazing

Fantastic experience! Art Logo was incredibly responsive and offered a quick turnaround at a reasonable price. I will absolutely use this company again.

ArtLogo did an awesome job with my digitization. They turned it around quickly, it was done accurately and it worked flawlessly on my machine the first try! I am impressed. I will be using them again. I highly recommend them!

Brilliant company, competitive pricing and great customer service. Quick response time and fast turnaround with secure payment through PayPal, complete packages of all files and specs. Thanks again the file looks fantastic! Will be returning for future projects and would 100% recommend.

They made the experience extremely easy. The work was done very well, and faster than I could have expected. 10/10 🙏🏻 I’d recommend to anyone.

SUPER FAST service! Images look great. Will use again. Very satisfied. Ordered 4/20/23 approx 11:15am and had completed work within an hour.

What a great experience! Super fast and friendly service, excellent embroidery digitizing (which has stitched out beautifully!), and the price was right, as well. Many thanks, ArtLogo- I couldn’t ask for more!

We worked with Mike. He was super quick to respond, he did exactly what we asked for, he did quality work and the price was worth what we got. I'm very happy with everything, I will use them again and would highly recommend to others.

A great experience with John within the company, very professional and kept me informed how project is coming along. I will use this company again in future projects.

Fast response with correspondence and with the file. Logo looks great.
Very impressed and will use Artlogo in the future.

Fast, secure, and more useful than I thought. I thought I was taking a chance with outsourcing it here instead of waiting on someone familiar, but this was GREAT! You've convinced me, Mike.

Repeatedly asked to discuss my project vocally over the phone, despite my explaining multiple times that I have a hearing disorder and that wouldn't work for me. They were argumentative. They refused to listen to me when I told them things about my machine and how it works and about my needs for my files and my project. They told me to send my files to "a better embroidery company", and were just generally unhelpful. Then had the nerve to email me a month later asking if I had any files to send them for digitization work, despite us not concluding our business on the best of terms. I was legitimately surprised to hear from them. Either business was slow, or it was an automated email. I will not be working with Art Logo any further, and I'm honestly sorry that I did in the first place.

Very good art work I will use them from now on

Art logo did any amazing job! Very professional and quick. Will definitely use in the future!
