Fantastic experience, I bought a Casablanca T-shirt from love the sales which is partnered with these guys. Order came straight away. Really happy

Order placed on 15/05/2025. "Order is in" email received on the same day advising "You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order ship". No other email received regarding the order until i emailed the info at email address on 28/05/2025 advising i hadn't received any communication regarding my order other the email noted above.

I think got a reply from the info@ email address on 29/05/2025 advising there was a "technical issue with Evri with your address" and could i reconfirm. Reply sent on the same day (although i had already sent my address in my first email to them on 28/05/2025) confirming my address.

I then received a reply to my email on 02/06/2025 advising "We apologies for the huge delay,
Our shipping providers have misplaced 2 bags of our orders. We are working as fast as we can to find and rectify this problem.".

I replied to the above email enquiring if they would be seeking compensation from their shipper due to the issue as i would be seeking the same from them.

To date i have no response from this email or had any other email advising what's happening with shipping.

22 days and counting since order was placed.. Can artifacts apparel redeem themselves and come up with the good that have already been paid for?

**Update 09/06/2025** Email received this morning apologizing and advising it was a "unusual circumstance" and their investigation with the shipper was still ongoing and as its been over 20 days since i ordered they would "take the hit" and process a refund. Money looks to be refunded within minutes of receiving the email.

Now that i have some closure from this experience, i would comfortably says artifacts apparel is not a scam and possibly just a really small business who are not on top of their marketing (possibly selling products they don't stock or not updating their site when stock runs out) and customer service (the prices they advertise seem to be very competitive and possibly see a lot of traffic and can't deal with the demand, especially when something goes wrong).

Awful customer service. Returned a second faulty tshirt to them which Evri have told me has been returned to them on the 22nd May. Radio silence since with regards to a refund or replacement. Sent three follow up emails, sent requests on Instagram and still no response. Would avoid at all costs

With reading the reviews before hand I was very apprehensive, but I went on and ordered a Casa T shirt and I’m glad I did. Arrived it couple of days, from payment to arrival no issue would order again.

Ordered a T-Shirt, never received a confirmation email, no order number, never received the goods. The email is fake and bounces back and the phone number if longer in use. Avoid all cost.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

One star as there is no zero option - order placed on 9 January with complete silence after an email exchange about stock/change of colour on 10 January, including no response to my email of 22 January.
I will be taking this further.

Poor products and horrible customer service. Avoids at all costs. You have been warned.

Terrible customer service. Item never received have to chase numerous of times before getting a response from their info email. Resorted to messaging their Instagram page. Order was placed on the 22nd December 2024. It’s now the 17th of January and still I have yet to have the issue resolved. Very poor customer service. I would avoid using.

I ordered both the Ami Paris Hoodie and Joggers, and received only the joggers.

I complained over 9 days ago and have yet to receive a reply.

Absolute scam of a company and will be taking this further.

It was my first time using this company and honestly couldn’t be happier! The whole process was very smooth and it was all so easy to find what I wanted and receive it. Had no problems with delivery as well, and overall it was a great experience, also the quality of the product is really good! So honestly can’t complain at all, would definitely recommend #lookingfresh

A seamless and pleasant transaction

Still waiting for my purchase.

Over 2 weeks since I purchased my items.

Made a purchase 5 days . No tracking info whatsoever and still waiting for my item.

On 29 Dec 2022, they promised to refund me: "Thank you for your patience, we cannot seem to resolve this with paypal unfortunately. Please can you send us your bank details and we will refund the orders invoices. Our supplier is adamant these are 100% genuine. " and it is nearly 2 months now, I still not yet get the refund without any response

They were selling fake Kenzo products, we sent their product to Kenzo France to test and turned out all fake. Now they declined to refund the money, should I contact police for this.

Only gave a star because I had too.

Ordered 17th September, still waiting.

Not even had a reply. Shocking way to run a business, didn’t know this company had so many bad reviews.
