Thank you for the feedback, we love that you think the earrings are cute! Due to the many and diverse range of products we sell we needed to streamline our postage options. We now offer, Free Click & Collect, Free Royal Mail First Class on all orders over £30 and a flat rate of £4.50 for Royal Mail First Class on all orders under £30.
Nice product, fast delivery. Just didn't receive notification about delivery.
The product was of nice quality and as described. Delivery was fast, however, I did not receive a notification that it would arrive on the day of delivery, but there were no major issues. Overall, happy.

We're so pleased your order arrived quickly and that you like the quality of the products. We use Royal Mail 1st class delivery on all of our orders as we find this to be the most reliable. We send out dispatch notifications when we have taken parcels to the post office but, unfortunately, Royal Mail doesn't offer live tracking or timeslot options for this service.

Excellent customer service and fantastic products. Unfortunately when my order arrived there had been some damage caused during transit but the brilliant team were really helpful and resolved the issue for me.

Lovely company
I like this website because the products are unique and unusual and nice quality. I bought a hand made bowl with a mouse and use it for the gerbils sand bath and it’s the cutest.

Wat een prachtige ervaring!!! Een mooie fotoshoot van mijzelf stond al heel lang op mijn bucketlist. Nu kwam ik op Facebook Art & Soul tegen en ik maakte kennis met Katinka. Wat een prachtig professioneel bedrijf. Ik heb de shoot geboekt en deze is waanzinnig mooi geworden!!! De Braziliaanse fotografe was echt TOP en heeft mij overal super doorheen geloosd. Wat ben ik hier ontzettend blij mee!!! Het vier-luik hangt nu prachtig in de woonkamer aan de muur. Een genot om deze prachtige foto's elke dag te zien. Ik ben er ontzettend trots op. De box met foto's ga ik mooi inlijsten en daar mooie plekje voor uitzoeken.
Ik kan het iedereen aanraden om zoiets prachtigs voor jezelf te laten maken!!! Art & Soul is echt een feestje!!!
