The process of ordering was so seamless with 1:1 assistance via mail who ensured i got the products that i want at my convenience (being out of town for so long). The products itself are amazing! I ordered 2x split toe shoes; 1 ballet flat and with heeled. Both are made with the most buttery soft leather and are surprisingly so comfy, even on first wear. Very happy with my purchase and service received

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were perfect. The finishing and material was excellent. I appreciate their thoughtful gifts they sent with my order. They were generous enough to send the sole gripper and insoles with the shoe. Love their care for customers.

Os sapatos são feitos na China e são cópias de má qualidade dos Laboutin . Além de serem réplicas de plástico , não tem uma política de devolução , pois os sapatos chineses são muito menores que os europeus . Não pagam impostos na Europa e fazem o preço de 20 dólares na alfândega por cada par de sapatos que entra e no entanto cobram um valor elevado , como se fossem pele e o material é plástico . Toda a empresa é uma fraude que já foi denunciada a polícia !

This is a complete scam!! Can’t believe it has good reviews or I definitely not have ordered these! It’s a Chinese company I ordered these in July only got them in September and told them repeatedly to cancel but they delivered them anyway. If I want to return I have to return to China with customs fees and shipping.

Mooie dames pumps besteld, maar bleken nep schoenen uit China te zijn van verschrikkelijk stinkend materiaal. Ontzettend belazerd want de schoenen zijn hooguit €15 waard. €180 betaald want zouden zogenaamd schoenen zijn van meer dan €300.
Vertrouw deze site niet !!!!!!

Wij willen benadrukken dat onze schoenen ontworpen zijn met traditionele Italiaanse schoenmakers­technieken en vervaardigd worden met geselecteerd leer en materialen die zorgvuldig zijn getest op kwaliteit en comfort. Het spijt ons dat dit in uw geval niet zo is overgekomen.

De schoenen zijn helemaal niet van leer en zeker niet van Italiaanse makelij, maar van stinkend plastic en slechte kwaliteit.

Ditmaal heb ik ook foto’s gestuurd van de schoenen die ik heb ontvangen. Zodat Arno Conti kan zien hoe slecht van kwaliteit en dat de schoenen dus niet van leer zijn maar van plastic!!! En dit was hun reactie :

Knock-off tabis but they're pretty close to the real thing, they have a bunch of models to choose from and they are very responsive over whatsapp.

C'è stato un problema con l'arrivo del pacco che non è dipeso da loro ma da l'incompetenza dei servizi postali italiani ma fortunatamente si sono subito mobilitati per risolvere il problema, un servizio clienti sempre presente e soprattutto prodotti di qualità.

I recently bought the heel tabis from Arno Conti and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The delivery was super fast, and the packaging was impeccable, the shoes came beautifully wrapped and even included complimentary insoles. The quality is outstanding and the shoes are incredibly comfortable to wear. I reccomend the brand to my friends all the time and plan on buying from them again!!!

I've purchased two pairs of shoes for my wife from Arcoconti and she loves them. They are clearly Lubie knockoffs and my wife has 2 pairs of them. These are just as comfortable, maybe more and look just as good. We had a problem with the second pair we ordered and Arcoconti made it right and sent us a replacement pair. Only downside is I think they make them to order and it can take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
