Easy renewal process. James great to deal with - could speak to him when he initially rang a week before renewal due, but he made follow up appointment and rang at the appointed time. Process took about 10 mins over the phone. No trawling of websites needed!!!

Fraser was excellent from start to finish in the process. Even giving me time to consider my options and understanding when having issues with DVLA. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Theo was amazing from start to finish. He listened, got all of the details he needed and was completely non-judgmental (which was a concern of mine). He kept me up to date on WA with everything and was also happy to speak to my husband (my husband likes to make sure all of the information is correct!) when he got home from work. He was friendly and professional and a complete asset to the business. I thought car insurance was out of my reach and I was panicking but he helped to bring an end to an incredibly difficult and painful part of my life. Thanks to Theo, he has helped me to get my independence back and to get back on the road again. He needs a promotion, at the very least, a pay rise. Thank you Theo.

Excellent service from start to finish

I would highly recommend Arma Insurance. After my existing insurer advised that they would not renew my car insurance due to my speeding convictions, I was extremely worried about finding suitable cover at a reasonable price.

I spoke with Andre Lemos, who was extremely helpful, patient and professional throughout. He took the time to understand my circumstances, answered all of my questions and found me comprehensive cover at a very competitive price.

I particularly appreciated that Andre was happy to confirm everything in writing and made sure that my 20 years’ No Claims Discount, three SP30 convictions and all the relevant details were correctly included.

After spending a considerable amount of time speaking to other insurance companies and receiving much higher quotes, Arma provided the best quotation by a considerable margin.

Andre and David were a pleasure to deal with and made what had been a very stressful process much easier. I am very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend Arma Insurance to others.
