I had spent many frustrating and stressful hours of filling in online forms for motor insurance on line and was becoming very despondent about ever having a car again, I spoke to Fraser at Arma who was extremely helpful and reassuring, he was so professional and had me insured in what was only a short while, I can’t really thank him enough for getting me back on the road . Theo made things very easy to understand for me. I haven't drove for over 8 years and it was all quit overwhelming. Theo gave me what I thought was a very good quote being a convicted driver he even went the extra mile and suggested if I have anyone to put on as an additional driver it may bring the quote down even further which it did by a considerable amount. When I wasn't sure on something and asked the question the clarity was there. Would very highly recommend theo if your nervous about getting back on the road. Thanks theo 👍🙂

Easy renewal process. James great to deal with - could speak to him when he initially rang a week before renewal due, but he made follow up appointment and rang at the appointed time. Process took about 10 mins over the phone. No trawling of websites needed!!!

Fraser was excellent from start to finish in the process. Even giving me time to consider my options and understanding when having issues with DVLA. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
