Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. To give context to your complaint, you immediately requested a cancellation of your order, we replied to your cancellation request within 10 minutes to advise you of our cancellation terms, as per our website; for orders cancelled which have not been dispatched, we reserve the right to charge a 2.5% fee to cover the fees incurred when payment is taken. We requested you confirm your acceptance of these terms by return email, we received no response from you, and instead you opened a dispute with PayPal directly, your PayPal dispute was for an amount of £1050, and we could only refund the amount requested on the dispute, however you made no further attempt to contact us. We then processed the refund through PayPal as requested on the same day it was opened, and then at a later date you processed a chargeback through your credit card. We would've been happy to resolve any queries on the spot had you made contact directly with us rather than going through PayPal and processing chargebacks.
