Timely service and Professional staff.
I had a burned fuse at my kitchen which stopped the fridge from working. My agency contacted ARK Group to arrange for a repair. Getting an appointment was straight forward through the phone and the person on the line was accommodating. The electrician(Lee Welch) came on the day and replaced the set of sockets in no time checking that everything was working and in order before he left. The Electrician was very friendly and polite during the visit.
