But it also reflects Sofia’s Central Saint Martin’s training and a fascination with hand dyeing, printing and hand finished garment construction. Aries is subversive in attitude, punk in its approach but ambitious and commercial in product and potential. The business is privately owned and self funded.

Avoid like the plague
I really want to like this brand - I like the design and I like the ethos. I ordered some bits to try on in December and duly sent my returns back in January within their returns period. I used their returns service which was pricey at £7.50, but something I was happy to do. My return reached them, however I received no confirmation of the delivery and no refund was forthcoming in well over a week after the items were delivered. I contacted their support via email who I'd been in contact with prior to sending the goods and didn't receive any reply. This went on for over 10 days with several emails sent, with me including proof of delivery and there was radio silence.
I posted a lot on their social media about my experience and someone inboxed me to assure me customer service would reach out to me later that day - I passed on my details and they never did – and I never got another reply from the company.
I was owed several hundred pounds in returns and felt very concerned – I ended up having to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. I've had an awful customer experience and now have (expensive) clothing from a brand that I actively dislike and never want to promote. I'm so disappointed with my experience - I'm clearly not alone here and would recommend people give them a swerve, or if you want to purchase their goods go to somewhere like 'end' who won't be a total disaster to deal with.
You've lost a customer and potential brand advocate with your garbage service and I'll be sharing my experience high and wide. Well done, guys.
Will not dispatch orders in their stated time frame and will cancel your order if you complain
I ordered an item with 3-4 days shipping (the only option). After 7 days the item still had not even been dispatched so I emailed asking if it would be dispatched any time soon. They responded 3 days later saying that it would be dispatched ‘in a couple of days’ with no explanation as to why there had been a delay or apology. I then complained after it was still not dispatched a day or two later and they cancelled swiftly the whole order (the only quick thing about this whole process). This was a present for someone and was an extremely frustrating experience! Extremely poor customer service - they don’t seem bothered.
Is this a real company??

Received clothes that were the wrong size sent them back the same day via DHL. Package arrived at their warehouse over a week ago and no refund. Nobody responds to any emails not one customer representative has gotten back to me. No telephone numbe.
Online orders aren’t reliable!
Absolutely appalling customer service when shopping online! Made an order - was refunded as the item was sale and out of stock. Fine. It happens. They did offer a discount code to use on sale or full-price items and only gave me 2 days to use. I used it on a current season top I had my eye on. Waited a whole week expecting it to be dispatched. I was simply refunded with no explanation as to why. However their site still shows the item is available in my size! Appalling communication and customer service. The fact this has happened twice in a row… I won’t be buying from them again. A waste of time.

Awful company!
Product is cheap garbage with a big price tag.
Customer service is non existent. 3 emails ignored, no phone number and thier on line bar code scanning system doesn't give you their return address.
Clearly trying to wait out the 14 day return period.
I got their address on line, returned the item in perfect condition, recorded delivery and photographed everything. A month later, still no response and no refund.
Stear clear, it's all just marketing, they haven't the slightest interest in quality or customer service and will keep your money if you return the garbage product.
Now having to take them to the small claims court.
