I ordered 3 posters on the 3rd December 2025 and it has almost been 2 months with no sign of my order. The posters were supposed to be a Christmas Present for my mother and sister, but that idea is long gone now. The communication from Arco has been absolutely ridiculous, despite me constantly emailing them begging for more information on my order, I have received nothing! The only information I have was a shipping email a month ago, but Royal Mail are still expecting my order... so where is it Arco?!
My whole experience with this company has been dreadful, especially since they took £40 from me. If you wish to get posters from a company that actually communicates and will help you, steer clear of Arco

Brak wysyłki i odzewu
Złożyłem zamówienie trzech plakatów muzycznych 18 grudnia. Od tego momentu kompletnie zero odzewu. Napisałem również do nich maila 2 tygodnie temu, ale oczywiście bez odpowiedzi. Na tą chwilę 160zł w błoto.

I'm really frustrated with this company. I ordered from them on the 10th December 2025. It's now the 25th January 2026 and there is no delivery. There is no tracking information either. There is no communication from this company.
I wrote to them on the 10th January and have received no reply.
I feel incredibly disappointed and lost all hope in this order ever arriving. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Your order will not arrive.

Zlozylem zamowienie 2 tygodnie temu i dalej nie zostalo wyslane
5 stycznia kupilem na tej stronie 3 plakaty, do tej pory nawet nie zostaly wyslane. Dzien po zlozeniu zamowienia dostalem email o rozpoczeciu projektowania moich plakatow. Od tamtej pory cisza, mimo ze na stronie jasno pisze, że czas realizacji zamowienia to 2 dni robocze. Zero odpowiedzi na wiadomosci.

Ich habe am 6.12.2025 ein Poster bestellt. Seit am 20.12. die Meldung kam es sei gedruckt, gab es keine Kommunikation. Ich habe keine Sendungsverfolgungsdaten erhalten, Die App zeigt mir allerdings ein Paket als noch nicht bei DHL eingegangen an. Ja seit einem Monat. Niemand reagiert auf Anfragen auf der Website oder E-mails.

Good Quality, Delivery Took Too Long
I ordered a poster from ARCO in December 2025. The delivery took much longer than expected, and for several weeks the DHL tracking showed that the package had not yet been handed over. Communication during this time was slow and sometimes unclear, which made the wait frustrating.
In the end, I did receive the package on 22.02.2026, and the poster itself was fine and as described. While I appreciate that the order eventually arrived, the overall process could have been handled much better, especially in terms of updates and reliability.
Overall, the product was good, but the delivery and customer service experience need improvement.

Ordered a poster on 14th December, as a Christmas gift. Had an email on 18th to say they’re running behind and will be with me soon. After Christmas I attempted to get in touch to find out where my order was, and have never had a reply. I’ve also not received my order, despite paying £24.99. If you want a poster, go elsewhere.

Process is horrible and communication is awfull
We ordered on Dec 15, 2025. One day later we received a message stating that Arco started the printproces. Two days later Arco sent us an email stating that the printproces was delayed due to the holidays (which I understand). After that ... nothing! We've sent 2 emails to Arco but no replies at all.
Then, on Dec. 31, 2025 we received an email from DPD that they are awaiting the package from Arco. On Jan. 8, 2026 an email from Arco stating that my order is ready for dispatch. Since then ... again nothing!
The print- and delivery-process is horrible and the communication by Arco is awfull. Arco says on their website they print and deliver in 3-4 days: this statement is nonsense.
