I placed an order on 9/7 within 1 hour sent a cancel order. No response. I sent another cancel order the next day. I was told the order was shipped immediately...and order couldn't be canceled. Multiple emails and here we are on 9/12 and STILL no shipping information. So if/when order arrives and I want it returned I'm sure I won't be provided a postage paid authorization. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a wooden cross called 2024 intertwine heart wooden cross vintage. It’s a piece of junk poorly stained quarter inch thick chipped.

I ordered 2 praying hands and was suppose to be brown carved wood. I received the 2 praying hands but it was a cheap painted red in color hands. They look like something you would buy at a discount dollar store. I paid $75.00 CDN for the two. I emailed them with pictures and the QR code as they requested. They responded with an offer of $6 US and hoped that it would fix it. I told them I wanted to return them as they are not what is advertised. Then they came back with a $10 US offer. I repeated my request and they cut contact with me.
They are a scam.
I believe Karma will get them. Stay away from this phoney Company.

Why are they still allowed to sell online. Scammed me on instagram. This is mass produced not hand made and not what the pictures show. I cancelled before they shipped as I realized it was not legit and as per their policies I could but they ignore my emails and requests and still shipped. Plus they charged me $20 more than what they said the final amount was. Please please please remove them from all social media sites and stop their ‘hand made’ false claims. Shame on them for adding to the story that person has arthritis etc to catch you in and then take advantage. The items did arrive and they awful mass produced junk

Deceptive merchant: BEWARE!
Markets sculpture as limited availability, hand carved wood. Found on Instagram. Picture was deceiving.Made object look like hand carved wood and the size of book-ends. Site said artist no longer making and offered a discount price. All deceptive.
When I received, the piece was made of cheap red plastic, not wood. It was lacquered which photo did not show. It was glued together with messy visible glue. When I approached the company about a return and refund, they said nothing wrong with the product and refused to refund. Even their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a scam. I am reporting them to BBB and alerting Instagram of a fraudulent advertiser. Do not order anything from this company!

This is a rip off site. Mirroring objects across different Facebook sites. Ordered 2 months ago. Nothing. Tracking APP stopped tracking 3 weeks ago but said in country. Load of rubbish. Shop here-lose your money

I ordered two items both cheap and very badly made/ finished asking for return and refund but not holding out much hope of either!! Do NOT buy absolute rubbish! "Hand Carved" heart was machine produced and the "natural" finish is badly painted and RED!! The ring came, wrong size and broken! no option to show photos on here.

Buyer beware!!! Placed an order over a month ago and I’ve got NOTHING!! Endless circle of bs emails and chats with a virtual bot. Asked to be refunded and they told my card was refunded, haven’t seen that either. Contacted my card co. and are doing an investigation. Not from Italy, but those crooks in China!! No way to contact anyone!!

I ordered from the site Dec 7,2023. Received finally Jan 2, 2024. The ornaments listed as porcelain are plastic and cheap they were $8 each. The metal ornament is so small I can hardly read what it says on it. It was $10. Total garbage. There is no way to contact the seller. It's an endless circle or bogus emails and auto generated chats. I will post everywhere I can to earn people not to buy from them. It's a scam out of China not the UK.

Received my item but took 6 weeks. The follow up website seemed sketchy. The price and quality were good but would hesitate to order again any thing of value. I ordered 4 ornaments and love them but very stressful experience as with a 6 week delivery I doubted they would come, actually gave up and then the 4 ornaments arrived.

The item took forever to arrive. It was sold as being Italian, but came from China. It's very poorly made. When I reached out to support to get a status update, I got an auto email that didn't help, then they sent me a link that tried to install malware. Additionally, they charged me MORE than the receipt showed. I'm currently making a claim through PayPal.
