I ordered their socks in Oct and they sent me false tracking numbers showing it was shipped. First it was stuck in Germany. Then stuck in the USA. When I complained that it hadn't arrived last week, they said wait another week. Then they gave me a new tracking number saying it was shipped from China yesterday and I couldn't get a refund. Beware. They will lie

Update from last review....
Well, finally package arrived over 8 weeks and looking at the posting date it was not posted until 4 weeks after purchase...
Now onto the item... MMmmmm - Really Not good,
i order sloth socks which were supposed to be hand made knitted sloth with socks - what i got was a pair of beige socks with a felt sloth teddy crudely stitched to the sock.

Not a complete scam! Ordered on 4th October, given very precise tracking information which stopped on 1st November when, having supposedly cleared UK customs, my socks were in Oxford, where they apparently are still. I complained to Architecturm on 1st December and only then read the terrible reviews and thought I'd been scammed. I did receive an apology from them, but didn't hold out much hope, however, as promised, I received a refund on 7th December.

⁷Sadly this is not a great read, the products look great in the pictures.

Items ordered on 4 October for a birthday at the end of November. Shipment (if it happened) appeared to ship from overseas to Cambridge then not move. Whilst hastening this I am repeatedly told to ‘be patient’. Eventually the company say they will despatch a fresh order as they cannot trace it, after 2 week still absolutely no shipping details to trace, again I am told to ‘be patient’. More than 2 weeks after the birthday they were required for I firmly state I want a full and immediate refund – in fairness this is the only thing that has happened promptly and without argument. But (suspiciously) there was no mention of ‘please return’ or ‘there are now two orders heading your way’, or, an apology … this really makes me wonder if the items actually exist and ever got despatched? (Certainly, nothing received and no tracing information to suggest it will.)

If you order from this company please be careful and ensure you follow through, to me there are many red flags (in hindsight).

Ordered sloth socks in early October, they never arrived. I attempted to track my order on their Site, but it would not work, I called my credit card company and had them reverse the charge.

Actually zero stars, but one seems to be the minimum. Ordered socks September 28. They use a "never heard of you before" tracking mechanism. That was the first "oh, oh" moment for me. Tracking showed them getting through customs and getting to Nashville, but there the status updates stopped. Emailed customer service who apologized and said they would reship. Another month went by and no notifications of shipping, no tracking, nothing but crickets. Filed a dispute with Visa. Interestingly enough Visa did NOT do the usual provisional credit, but went straight to a resolved status with a credit to my account.

If I could I would give this a zero. Complete SCAM!!!! I ordered 4 pairs of socks on Oct 4th. Received the usual tracking info. As of Oct 30th it has been supposedly stalled in Denver. I emailed the company. At first they seemed concerned and said they would resend the order. I never received a new tracking number. Multiple emails were sent. Responses come saying be patient. Requested a refund telling them my patience has run out and they refuse still telling me to be patient. Unfortunately several people will not receive this as a Christmas present. Stay away unless you want your money stolen by low life scammers.

Product never arrived. Complete scam . Would not offer a refund. AVIOD

If I could give no stars I would. Placed order in Oct. This is what I learned by tracking my order. 10/10/25-Tipperary Ireland; 10/17 arrived customs Ireland;10/23 shipped to U.S.;10/25 arrived customs U.S.; 10/28 declared customs clearance; 10/30 arrived shipping facility in U.S.; 11/2 departed partner facility; 11/6 Fairbanks, 99775, U.S. the shipment is in transit in the country of United States. As of 12/2/25 no socks, and I live in CA not Alaska. This is a scam.

One star because you can’t leave a zero star. Do not buy from this company. It’s scam company with bogus delivery updates. Still waiting after 2 months for my order. You have been warned!

Ordered 2 different pairs of sock cats on 4th Oct 2025. Order supposedly left USA on 5th Oct, shipped to UK 18 Oct, arrived in UK 25 Oct, arrived in Oxford 01 Nov. Since then - no update. (I live in Cornwall)

They promised a refund of $7 months ago and I haven't received it yet. I bought an American flag that was supposed to be made in the US, it was shipped from Portugal and when I wanted to return it, the return address was China. That's when we settled for the $7. I wish I had looked at their reviews be fore I bought.

Ordered on Oct 7, multiple tracking emails then nothing. Sent an email and was told to wait patiently as they would expedite. Still nothing.

Item ordered early October
. As of today's date, nov.26, no delivery, only tracking update advising item in the US. I sent follow up requesting info, was told to wait, it was coming . Wrote back requesting cancellation and refund. Was told keep waiting. This is clearly a scam

SCAM SCAM SCAM...... Do not order from this company. Ordered back in October & was sent all the usual order confirmation / dispatch details & even a tracking ref. Parcel never arrived despite it showing as being in Lincolshire, UK for over 10 days!

Thankfully, paid with PayPal & got my full refund after opening a case with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered Socks on 10th Oct - Still have not arrived. Tracking information for parcel not updated since 6th November. Useless/incoherent responses to my e-mails. Refuses to give refund. Frankly I wouldn't touch with a bargepole

Non solo mi hanno tolto più soldi dalla carta di quello espresso sul sito, quando la merce è arrivata era di pessima qualità e molto diversa dalla foto pubblicata. E neanche mi conviene rispedirla perché le condizioni sono cambiate da quando ho acquistato e adesso dice che, non solo sono io ad essere responsabile delle spese di ritorno, gli articoli in sconto non vengono rimborsati. Assolutamente sconsigliato

After initial delivery delays and a report that my parcel was held up in Manchester and then returned to sender, I feared that I had been scammed. Today however, after several weeks, the socks arrived and my faith in Architecturm has been restored. They have been totally supportive throughout this waiting time and the socks are as advertised and very sweet.

I bought 4 items from this "company" early October. As with others, half the products haven't turned up 5 weeks later, the other half did turn up, but the quality of the products was lower than bogstandard. The products are advertised as being hand made by an artist, if so the artist must be 6 years old, products nothing like the photographs on their seemingly convincing website. Temu would be embarrassed if they'd sent something that poor.

The tracking service sent is rather bizarre, littered with broken English with no courier information provided. 1 parcel stuck in Birmingham but eventually arrived, 1 stuck in Belfast, who knows if or when that will arrive.

I've currently got a case open with PayPal for a refund for 1 parcel, I've recieved a refund for the other parcel that did arrive but they want it back now that it's been delivered. I shall not be returning the refund, I'll take the opportunity to scam the scammers thank you very much.

Facebook need to give their heads a wobble as this company was advertised on their network

Scam company, avoid. They take your money then send a series of bogus parcel tracking updates. Their support line will say "yes, it's on the way" but nothing will be delivered.
