Great machine looks amazing and all the top games. Good service by the guys and can’t fault start to finish.

I cannot recommend this company enough!
Right from the start they where fantastic, Kazim was superb in answering all my questions both over the phone and email. Delivery was faultless also.
I had some custom artwork I wanted on the machine itself and it looks BETTER than I could have hoped for! All my old favourite childhood games are on here and it's taken me a few months to write this review as I cannot stop playing on it 🤣.
If you're thinking about ordering, just do it, faultless product and company.

The website included all the information I required so ordered directly from there, packaged arrived in 18 days, well packed and slightly earlier than anticipated.
Fantastic build quality, excellent artwork, massive choice of retro games, I use it for several hours a night, I can easily see it lasting many years.

I can’t praise these guys enough they’ve been absolutely great from start to finish.... my machine arrived and I’m over the moon with it honestly I couldn’t be anymore happier ... and last but not least I just wanna thank kazim who honestly has been a star through the whole process I was ringing him out off hours and messaging him and asking how things are going and he kept his professionalism about him even though I was properly annoying the hell out off him lol 😂 and he let me no what was going off with the machine and how progress was going. He really has been a star all the way through ! I would defiantly recommend these guys. I like it that much I’m buying another one lol

Absolutely brilliant company, i dealt with Hussein from start to finish and he was excellent, responded to my initial enquiry at 9pm when i was looking for initial info upto personally contacting me by phone advising me that my machine was being despatched. The best customer service i have seen in a very long time thans to Hussein :-) now to my machine... Wow it is an incredible trip down memory lane, built quality is extremely robust and deffo looks the part, very solid and well built cabinet, i opted for 8k games and it is mindblowing and crazy how many i remember from Arcade to NES to Megadrive. all i can say anyone looking for a bespoke machine look no further than these guys you will not be disapointed, this clearly is a company that prides themselves in excellence of service and are passionate about their product. well done Arcade Mania :-) As this is going in to my home bar which is currently being built I will add photos at a later date. BTW i went for the Sega decals and they are boss :-)

Great fun product, super service. Good communication throughout and it works exactly as described. Just wish I had more time to play on it!

This company is brilliant
I found this company after I had bought my table top arcade machine and they didnt make bases.
I contacted them and had a reply from Hussein within the hour.
Arcade Mania were exemplary with communication and made me a base unit that perfectly matched my top in colour, design and trim, it was delivered within a week of ordering (which was very easy to do) and was delivered well packaged safely.
I have to give a special mention to Hussein who was absolutely brilliant with his help and communication and replies were almost instant.

Im going to buy my next machine complete from Arcade Mania and will happily recommend them to anyone considering using them.

Good customer service - was phoned to confirm the details of the order, and was kept up to date with spot-on delivery timings.

My order arrived partly damaged but after a email they rang me and sent out a new one.

Art work looks okay and was easy to apply.
