Average communication and delivery. Ignored various emails asking for updates on pre-order item and when it was finally sent out for delivery it had an issue and I was expected to sort it out with a number provided for the carrier that just rang out all the time....

Purchased SSF2 Yoga flame edition on pre order for Apr 30th. Arrived from Vic to Brisbane no problem or damage with Hunter Express. Have had 3 Arcade 1up arcade machines from Arcade Gamer and never had a problem with purchasing or delivery. 5 stars !

I was originally going to buy my Arcade1Up Street Fighter II Big Blue cabinet from JB Hi-Fi, but week after week, month after month, I couldn't understand why my payment was still in the stages of being processed. On three separate occasions, the JB agent who took my case was unable to help in providing me with a date on when to expect to receive this product. Because JB dicked me around, and kept me in the dark if never knowing I would receive my cabinet, and because of the fear this created of not knowing if they were going to rip me off, or had simply forgotten all about me with their don't care less type attitude, and because Arcade Gamer reduced the price by $155.00, I thought, screw this, I'm getting a refund and buying it from Arcade Gamer instead.

I'm so glad that I chose this Arcade Gamer website. Within days of making payment, Arcade Gamer kept me informed on the progress of my product every step of the way. Arcade Gamer alleviated all my fears. The Arcade Gamer customer service was impeccable. They were quick to answer all my questions to the very best of their ability. Quick and no damage at all most companies now days trash the boxes and don't care
