I was intending to buy 2 machines, but the price increased overnight and having spun the wheel and got $50credit, was told not available on this purchase

Was so happy when it arrived my partner love’s playing it. Reminds him of his childhood but better as it’s an arcade game. Unfortunately the screen has a scratch on it however it doesn’t effect gameplay or the display.

I received 2 of the same side panel (E2) and no D2.
I emailed and have had no response.
I can’t assemble the machine that I bought my husband for his birthday. Really disappointing..

Absolutely amazing service. I asked if it could be posted before xmas and it arrived well and truly before it. Could not believe how they managed that. Keeping in touch with me every step of the way via email and even phone calls. I could not believe it. Thank you so much guys look forward to my next purchase.

I purchased the time crisisis arcade over a week now,still havent sent out,sent them a msg,email,fb msg multiple times no reply,ask to cancel the order, no reply.i dnt no whats going on but im 1 angry customer thats for sure.the number they have for arcadegamer (03)91937221 its disconnected

NBA JAM Arcade was delivered within the week from ordering which was great, easy to assemble, game quality us great. Kids love it, very happy

I had a great experience using Arcadegamer, they kept me updated almost daily and when it was delivered I was worried be ause it had to be assembled but they assured me it was easy

Fantastic products, hard to find items. However, delivery is random and there is no notification until after delivery - be sure you are home for a week after ordering or your expensive package will be left outside with no warning. You will be told you will receive notification when the package is on it's way, but you won't, until after delivery.

I was pleased with the excellent and regular communication by the seller. They kept me informed of the progress, delays, checked on delivery, etc. I also have to say that this was one of the best packed items I have ever received. No excess wasted packaging, but sturdy and well done.

Great service by the team overall. Although their delivery partner (Hunter Express) had some delays, the Arcade Gamer team kept me posted along the way. Fantastic cabinet and lots of fun :)

Exactly as advertised and quick delivery.

Paid for the item and then couldn't get in touch with the seller for 5 days. Took them 6 days to post it and it took 12 days to get here.. So much for customer service. Think they may have forgotten without customers the business would cease to exist
