I wish I could give zero stars,

Waited 18 days for a replacement shower tray, they said one would be dispatched within 2 working days, as you can imagine I now have a larger than expected bill from my bathroom fitters and a bathroom I have been unable to finish, I asked to speak to a manager - the ladies name is Humaira - I was told she would call me back, 3 phone calls and 8 emails later and still no response, terrible after service, I certainly wouldn't recommend Aqva to any of my friends or family and I would never use them again.

Still no sign of the replacement shower tray......

Really disappointing service from Aqva. The website is easy enough, the call centre answer the phones, they said what is and isn't in stock and then take the payment. However they then send an email moments later to say it is not available for 5-10 days and when the item is shipped it takes a further 7 days. All of which they say is not their fault and nothing they can do. Overall, deceptive and disappointing so I would not recommend. Plumbworld had the best real time stock availability online and incredibly quick delivery service.

I know some of the reviews are not good for this company but I went ahead and ordered anyway as their prices were so much better than other companies. I ordered lots including bath and shower screen and taps and other accessories and all delivered in perfect condition. I decided to change the bath taps and they didn’t have the ones I wanted and no problems with getting a refund. Would definitely recommend.

Received everything I wanted on time as I ordered.

Happy with the bath and speed of delivery, the carronite definitely makes the bath feel stronger, not sure about strength of cradle legs and would recommend Carron use more robust material, also instructions for constructing and fitting would have been nice. Would highly recommend if these few details were improved.

I have given only one star because of their return policy, which is uncompromising on a strict 14 day period plus a wapping 25% restocking fee of the purchase price if you miss the 14 day return window, plus the customer has to pay the return postage. I cannot recommend a company that shows no flexibility.

I rang Avqa Bathrooms to check the items were in stock I was told they were and delivery would about 3 working days. Placed my order on the Tuesday and they were delivered on the Thursday - the delivery driver was very helpful and pleasant. I had read negative reviews re delivery maybe it’s best to check stock before ordering.

Great website, lots of details measurements and information. Good prices and easy ordering. ~Delivery quite pricey I thought but it was coming a long way, and you don't buy a bath every day! Excellent product as described. Can recommend this seller.

Pay £30 delivery and have to chase when they are going to post it .
10 days wait poor service but have to say well wrapped and good price for item .
Not much good if you need it quickly though.

The shower caddy arrived ok, happy with the recycled packaging, no guarantee documents or cleaning advice enclosed, so not completely satisfied.

Easy to use website, great prices on quality products and good shipping costs. Delivery could have been sooner but it was within the times suggested. Very happy, would recommend and use again
