Sehr schnelle Lieferung, einfache Sendeverfolgung, gerne wieder!

Got my package a week late the tracking on the web sucks don’t tell much at all and when the package was delivered the driver left it at the road instead of walker 50 ft or so to my carport or the front door luckily I was outside in the back yard and saw the delivery van leaving or my package would have been stolen or it would have sat there through the weather and rain overnight at the very least

Everything went as planned and an easy experience. No complaints

I have never been able to track my package with this tracking system!

The Aquiline Courier was polite, helpful and delivered our package as promised.

Unreliable tried mine at 8pm ( who alone answer the door at that time of night in winter?) and I was asleep and naked.
They say they left package with resident. Not me!!! Think they left it with my neighbour who is lying (not got it told the man to take it back) I’m annoyed and fuming as well on top their customer service line is crap and WhatsApp useless

The shipping and delivery were super fast.The item was out for delivery the very next day.Could'nt be happier with a shipping company I never heard of before.

I was really impressed by the speed of delivery, fastest I've had on this route. Tracking was reeally good, all stages of delivery covered.

Aquiline were the couriers, this was my first experience of them.

Was given a delivery date later that day and a tracking number.

The tracking experience was fine, their tracking was easy to use and accurate..

I had no issues. Item was delivered as expected...

I wasn’t sure what was Aquiline tracking was, never heard of them. I was surprised when I received my package that it was Amazon delivery service. I have had Amazon delivery service deliver packages before and had a very good experience, no issues and none this time either.

No tracking updates for days. suddenly, the update shows, two days earlier: "Delivered near the front door or porch".
Package nowhere to be found, and i never gave the permission to place the parcel anywhere.
Unprofessional company, i never heard of before in Germany

I placed an ebay order, was told straight away that Aquiline were the couriers. Was given a delivery date later that day and a tracking number. I checked the tracking number a couple of times for updates - no problems. Item was delivered as promised. 😀😃 all good

What a great service great updates and fast delivery.

The parcel was delivered on time, and the emails helping me to track it were helpful.The only criticism is that the courier didn't ring my bell to let me know that the parcel was here - this would have helped. Otherwise, no complaints.
