Great service

Aquiline has excellent customer service! I had an issue finding my package after it showed as 'Delivered'. I assumed it was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed Aquiline and within a few hours they responded and I was able to locate my package. It takes most, if not all, carriers 1-3 business days to even acknowledge an email. So I am quite pleased with their response time.

Von Aquiline-tracking wurde ich einen Tag später informiert, dass meine Lieferung "einem Mitbewohner" des Hauses übergeben wurde. Ich habe aber keine Mitbewohner im Haus. Geklingelt wurde auch nicht! Ich war am angegebenen Liefertag ganztägig anwesend! Das Päckchen fand ich dann auf dem Briefkasten, dessen Klappe vom Anlieferer geöffnet wurde und der gut sichtbar von der Straße aus ist. Weil es aber zu groß für einen Briefkasten ist, war dieser voll mit Schnee angefüllt und die Lieferware durchweicht. Eigentlich möchte ich keinen Stern geben! Äußerst mangelhaft!

Great tracking app. It is updated frequently and you can have email alerts sent to you when package moves and when it is delivered.

Package was NOT delivered - not to our address, anyway. We were at home in front room, so would have seen delivery driver. Delivery updates came too late to deal with issues. Cannot get hold of Aquiline customer service to resolve problem. Not happy!

They were a day late, but that's not a big problem, my issue is that they offered £5 Amazon voucher for a 5star review.

I AM DISABLED AND HAVE SIGNS ON MY DOOR AS TO LEAVE PARCEL BETWEEN FRONT AND STORM DOORS. MANY CARRIERS IGNORE THE SIGNS AND I INJURE MYSELF GETTING PARCELS. AQUILINE HAD PARCEL LEFT EXACTLY WHERE I WANTED IT AND I SAFELY BROUGHT MY ITEM INSIDE WITHOUT INJURY. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CARING AND TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE. THE DELIVERY WAS EVEN AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. CONGRATS!!

Shipping and delivery was expedient. My item arived unblemished, the delivery person was proffessional and kind, as I knew when to expect my package, and was waiting at the door for it. I highly recommend Aquzline tracking and shipping.

I have never heard about Auquiline tracking, I first heard about it in the eBay package tracking information, I went to their website and it was a simple, clean and understandable user interface. Maybe in the future, I would see more of aquiline tracking, when I buy stuff on eBay 😄
