Tristan and his team were excellent. Their online booking system let us know when his staff member would be arriving, and we were kept up to date. The undersink filter he installed has transformed... Vis mer

I inadvertently called Aquasoft, rather than Harvey’s, who installed the water softener 1 year ago. The engineer was unable to identify any issue although he did run a couple of tests, which had a pos... Vis mer

Good attention to service
Good attention to service, but dissappolnted that the recent salt delivery was placed outside our garage door but no one seemed to inform us either by knocking on the door or sending an email to say when delivery would take place.
thank you

Many thanks for the review David! Apologies for the issues with your delivery however - we will flag this to our delivery driver and make sure it doesn't happen again
Svar fra Aquasoft water softeners
Many thanks for the review! Unfortunately we have experienced a high volume of orders recently which has meant that our delivery times have been longer than usual. Normally we will get your order to you within a week!
Excellent service.

Payment problems.
Had issues with the payment for the items, it took 4 attempts due apparently to my address being an apartment. However the staff were very helpful in resolving the problem.
This should be looked into to allow easier payment.

Thanks for the review! Sadly the issue with the payment system is out of our control but it has been flagged to our provider.
Good and reliable service
Good and reliable service. Engineer was prompt and efficient. Last softener lasted for 21years before replacement, with good check-ups from Aquasoft.
Maybe it would be helpful to include in the Info pack left with the machine, an address for further supplies of the tablets for testing the water.

Good job
Fairly prompt service and the engineer who came round to service the softener and fix the leak and replace the filter for me did a very good job.

Great service from a freindly team
Great service from a freindly team. A family run business supplying quality products at competitive prices. I've been buying salt from Aquasoft for years and when my Harvey softener needed replacing after 19 years they gave me a far better service than Harvey's. Highly recommended for both salt and softeners.
