Aquasoft water softeners Anmeldelser

Collected the salt packets which were ready for me. She helped me carry them to the car. The price was competitive. A good service all round.

I sent you two emails to alter the appointment both of which were returned. Luckily my appointment was cancelled so I was here for your engineer. Stephen did a good job, and was meticulous. It will take a little while
longer to see if the water has returned to its previous softness, but it seems to be trying.

Hi
The man who visited us was extremely nice and helpful but I am only giving 3 stars because we still have the same problem. Every third day we only have a dribble of filter water coming through. I have to turn off the water source and back on again to get it to work. I have spent nearly £700 on these visits and materials to solve it but it is still happening after only a couple of weeks and all the filters being changed.
Kind regards
Suzie

Turned up on the date and time .first class fitter very friendly . Fitted the softener and three way tap for drinking water left our house as clean as he found it high rated

Great service, they squeezed me in on an emergency appointment got the problem sorted out quickly and back up and running. I can't recommend them enough.

Making the appointment with Aquasoft was very easy and confirmation was given expertly online on my mobile. Reminders were sent before the appointment date and the Aquasoft employee arrived on time. He was really good, found the fault with our water softener quickly and had it up and running in very short time. He then serviced the machine. He was also very pleasant and chatty throughout the visit. It couldn’t have been better. Well done Aquasoft.

The customer service was very helpful and the block salt was delivered promptly.

First Class Products, Service and Installation made using Aquasoft for our water softener a very smart choice. The softened water is a dream, limescale has disappeared and my daughters Eczema has massively improved. So I am a convert to softened water and recommend them highly! Thank you Tristan, Adam and the Aquasoft team.

Stephen quickly identified the likely problem(s) with our water softener and was able to replace the faulty part with spare parts from his van. Quick, efficient and friendly service and water softener working as well as ever.
