Bathroom mono taps look lovely and more expensive than they are. Very competitive price and free speedy delivery. Would definitely use company again.

Good company to deal with.
From making the decision to purchase from Aquarius the process was very simple. The level of communication was excellent and I was kept fully informed. Delivery was efficient.
I am not an expert on showers but the product seems very well made. The shower kit arrived in a substantial box with all components well protected.
From this one experience I would recommend Aquarius without reservation.

Nothing is clear on website since…
Nothing is clear on website since placed my order on 21st and it's clear showing 1 to 2 working days delivery, cost me labour and not receiving my item yet,finally they reopen and very rude agent answer my phone and argue that when I order I have to check the delivery and return 🤣🤣, funny enough because when everyone place order they can see delivery period under the item confirm 1-2 working day and once you click on order you go to payment method, but your customer agent even don't know when I receive the order and he said I have to wait till delivery company will text me,
My advise stay away and will never again deal with this company

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your goods in time for your fitter. We, like most businesses, closed for the festive period and as such were not able to fulfill any orders until we re open, we also close our sales and customer service lines during this time.
We do put a sign on every page of the site to advertise the christmas delivery schedule in order to ensure that customers are fully informed but I understand this may have been missed in this instance. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and rest assured your goods will be delivered in the agreed working day schedule.
Misleading delivery windows promised
Toilet ordered during sale. Chosen because the product page specifically specified 'In Stock - Delivery in 1-2 days'. Ordered from this company because item was needed asap, and was then notified the first available delivery date was 11 days following the order placed. Contacted customer services who responded quickly but informed me that the toilet was actually not in stock, hence the delivery timings offered. Did offer an alternative item that could be dispatched quickly, but this didn't meet any of the spec of the ordered toilet so wasn't suitable. Expressed concern that the product page with delivery time was misleading, but company didn't update this despite being made aware. Refund received 10 days after placing order. 2* as customer services easy to reach and at least they responded, however unimpressed at their lack of concern around incorrect product descriptions and misleading incorrect information that may sway a customer into choosing them over another, when they cannot deliver on their promises.

Firstly please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
This particular product is despatched from a central warehouse using one of the most advanced couriers in the industry, our website is designed to always accurately reflect the stock levels at this location.
A problem was discovered within the packaging, causing the product to arrive chipped in the same place. As a result, the decision was made to halt delivery of the product until this could be corrected. During this time, our site advertised the product as in stock, which was correct, but did not reflect the now extended delivery times caused by the issue.
I really appreciate your feedback, and we are taking steps to ensure this issue can’t happen again.
This wasn’t a situation that we had anticipated could happen.
We strive to make sure the website is accurate at all times but moreover we really pride ourselves on our team, who can be contacted during working hours to answer any questions at all.
No hassle , even though I made it hard for them !
Great company with excellent comunication .
I made a couple of errors ordering and Jon sorted it out no problem
