Arrived quickly, well packaged. Excellent customer service. Snails and Mussell are still alive in my pond. Happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Who are Aqua Essentials?Aqua Essentials deliver the finest aquarium plants across the UK in record time. All plants are in stock and ready to ship on a Monday to Friday basis and if you order before 4pm, we'll dispatch the same working day. If you choose the express delivery service, your order will most likely arrive the next day too :)
What's the benefit for you?
The benefit for you is no waiting around with a 1 hour delivery time slot but more importantly, the aquarium plants arrive in a super fresh condition with zero deterioration.
How environmentally friendly are you?
We use 100% recyclable packaging for each and every order and a carbon-neutral courier means our impact on the environment is minimal. Plants are now are wrapped in a new type of packaging that is not only better for them but their packaging can be kerbside recycled (unlike bubble wrap which was previously used and ended up in landfill).
What about contacting you?
Our customer support is available over the phone, email or live chat where we can assist and resolve any issues.
Any other benefits offered?
Richard offers free tips and advice via email at no extra cost to anyone who wants to learn and improve their aquascaping efforts. The emails are drip-fed just at the right time so advice on algae issues, water changes, fertilisers, lighting etc arrives just when you need it.
Ultimately we're here to support you on this journey and believe in honesty and trust which is another reason we use Trustpilot for our marketing message.

Superior plants you can trust
Another superb order from Aqua Essentials - Hydrocotyle leucocephala, Hygrophila guianensis, Phyllanthus fluitans and an Anubias hastifolia XL, all in flawless condition. Their plants are consistently the healthiest and best-packed I’ve found. Not the cheapest, but always worth it for the quality.

Exceptional service (again!)
2nd order and just as impressed as my first. Plants in particular exceptional quality and packed very well. Dry goods priced competitively and exactly as expected.
The parcel was delayed by Royal Mail by a couple days (not Aqua Essentials fault whatsoever), but plants were absolutely fine thankfully, definitely thanks to the great packaging.
Great service!

Slightly disapointed
Disapointed with the quality of some of the plants, some of the stem plants were already melting, but hopefully there will be enough life left in them to recover.
