Having set up a subscription incorrectly I received an email confirming an order I didn't need.
It took all of 20 seconds to get through and my order was cancelled, refunded, and my subscription amended with no fuss or difficulty. The chap I spoke to was lovely. Great company.
Products are brilliant too!

Great costumer service, was really looking forward to trying one of their products, but unfortunately the carrier and Fruugo was unable to make it happen.

Approved Vitamins managed to take my inquiry seriously, and solve the issue.

I can recommend them, without even having tried their products.
This company takes costumer service to the next level.

The delivery company lost my package. The Approved Vitamins Customer Service Team have been in touch with me. When it became clear that the parcel could not be found they sent me again what I ordered earlier.
I received the new package. Thanks for the excellent service. Great communication. A pleasure to do business with.

I have been dealing with this company a few years now seeking alternative ways to help my husbands brain cancer and they have been nothing but absolutely amazing!!! There customer service is second to none!! Well done guys!! Keep it up!

Just an update. I am still waiting for my refund to be refunded. Using an echeque is a long winded and extremely slow process way of refunding someone and not acceptable considering you had no intention of sending the order to me so I do not accept your apology.
The order hadn't even been dispatched so nothing to do with delivery service. You just kept fobbing me off.

I needed a product urgently for my elderly mum and found it online. I called to check about postage because it was so close to Christmas and the Royal
Mail strikes were causing huge postal delays.

I spoke to Simon who was extremely helpful, professional and polite and I also sent him an email to ask a question which he responded to very quickly. I am very impressed with the service Simon provided - a true example of excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his service to friends and family. Thank you so much! We also received the item the very next day!

I regularly order from this company and always receive good service.
This time the package was delayed by the Royal Mail strike so I asked for news of progress. Simon Kornbluth was extremely prompt and helpful. Tracking seemed to show my package was lost, so he offered to send a replacement, which I accepted. He then got back in touch to say tracking showed delivery of the original package was imminent.
Excellent communication which is an example for other suppliers to follow. Simon is an excellent ambassador for Approved Vitamins. Thank you.

Shocking! NO customer Service at all. No replies to emails. Order not even despatched to delivery company 10 days after ordering from them.
You can buy all their products much cheaper elsewhere, just Google them...and you’ll get much better service.

I just want to say that Simon Kornbuth has been totally amazing .... my shipping address ( although already shipped) was wrong and Simon really sorted this out for me and went out of his way to be helpful on email and mobile. Fantastic service thanks.
