Update: it took them 2 1/2 years to get back to me. They proved my point for me!
If you need customer service, or at a bare minimum chat assistance, stay away. We had urgent issues that took days for them to respond. They respond at their convenience not yours. Even though I was assured their system could do what I needed, it didn't. It made such a mess of my appointment schedule.It cannot handle anything but straight forward scheduling. Absolutely no variances from what they programmed or sheer chaos happens. It actually allowed 27 appointments in 1/2 hour when the max was 10. Literally shut down my business because of it.

Super self-service tool for booking rooms & meetings
Our startup uses Appointedd for booking meeting rooms. It's a really smart, intuitive booking system for our business, with lots of neat features to help us manage our day smoothly. I particularly love that there's lots of resources available to help us make the most of it, without having to go through customer support. You can search through help documents and look at videos if you need anything (although it's generally really intuitive to use). Love it - I'm a big Appointedd fan!

Appointedd are great all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable they are always quick to respond to any queries. The Appointedd booking system helps save us time as clients can book and pay directly through the system this has also helped reduce the amount of people not turning up for appointments as it sends reminders. I can highly recommend Appointedd.

Great online booking system for my small business
I use Appointedd for my reflexology & massage business. Either I book clients in on my pc or using the phone app. Clients can also book themselves in externally and they all like that flexibility. It's good value and the customer service is also great. I'd definitely recommend it for small businesses wanting to have the flexibility of taking online bookings at any time of day or night.
