Appointedd have been our chosen partner since the end of 2021. We have worked with them monthly since, and have found their output to be perfect for our needs. There is an evident appetite to always adapt and improve their products from everyone involved. Their levels of service have ensured projects are delivered on time and on budget. Smiley people and nice to do business with too!

We have had a decent experience with Appointedd. The reps are friendly and helpful and they make sure we get what we need. No complaints there. I think the only thing that could be improved is their integrations. Appointedd does not talk to other tools well and we have to manually pass lead information which makes the tool a bit clunky. It's a good value for your money, but not the best out there either.

There were already several issues that kept Appointedd from being a smooth calendar app, particularly trying to change an appointment time for a client almost never worked. I stayed with Appointedd for over a year because at least my customers found it easy and never had a problem, until about 3 weeks ago!

3 weeks ago I began getting calls from customers that they were "timed out" while in the middle of booking even though they definitely didn't take nearly 7 minutes. Some customers were still able to book, but many weren't. After 3 weeks and probably losing a lot of customers, I got a message it was solved. The next day, I discovered that my top selling appointments were saying they weren't available for August or September! I dropped to ZERO sales for that item!!! I also couldn't ad any new time slots for that item.This was clearly an inernal programming issue yet their service contact wanted me to check everything from my end. I did go through everything on my end, just to be sure, but of course that resolved nothing. On a Friday at noon, when weekends are our busiest time, their Solutions Team that looks into their programming issues is away until Monday! This issue is going to cost me 1000's of $$$!

Had a number of issues with setting things up between our Appointedd and Epos accounts however, Madeline was fantastic and guided me through the process to get everything sorted and set up accordingly. Madeline also contacted Epos, this allowed me to deal with one person only and get the integration between the two accounts done smoothly. Service was brilliant, professional, kind and considerate. Thank you.

She is very kind, she accommodated all my inquiries, and she was very patient and showed a delightful personality while she was walking me through despite my slow internet connection. Kudos to a great customer service

I can confidently say that it has been, without contest, the best tool I've used in my business so far. Streamlining the process of arranging client appointments, reducing missed appointments and receiving feedback from clients. I recommend Appointedd to every new business I speak to.

Very easy to set up and use. Has a wide range of functions which have allowed us to better manage our staff time.

Appointedd helped us immensely in navigating our way through the lockdown. We deliver performing arts clubs to 30+ schools so when they all closed we had to pivot our services online as quickly as possible. After searching through many options we found Appointedd who's structure seemed best suited to ours and with the help of some great support from Megan and others on the team we were up and running online within ONE WEEK.

Whenever I've had a technical query the team has responded within minutes. We were able to deliver online clubs that our pupils loved throughout lockdown and are continuing to do so now for many who's schools have not yet started offering clubs again. I highly recommend Appointedd.
