Excellent service from Steve & Simon who came by to replace the old tank.

Adrian Davies (Neath) delivered our gas and was very polite and informative. He had respect for our property which we appreciate. Thank you Adrian.

I have had my gas meter and box replaced. Two very nice gentlemen called Andy N and Dave T called today to do this job. They were both very polite efficient and professional in their work. They completed the job and tidied up everything behind them. Very pleased with the job done.

Excellent quick service . They had to exchange the Calor Gas Tank & all the piping that went through our driveway & around the house. Dave & Gary were polite & punctual & even though they dug a huge hole in our gravel driveway, it was impossible to tell where the hole had been when they'd finished. Excellent 5 stars

Andy Hopkins sorted out our problem quickly and efficiently. His experience and knowledge of health & safety meant he gave us great advice about how to look after our equipment and how to proceed in the future. Great prompt and effective service, thank you.

Prompt response to emergency call out and rapid diagnosis of faults. Mark explained clearly what was the cause of the issue reported and I was reassured by this. He contacted the main centre who assured me the empty tanl would be refilled within 24 hours where the telemetry had failed . He also identified the need for the bulk tank to be replaced asap. and made an on the spot assessment of the area in terms of the replacement tank being lowered on to the existing site for this in the front garden.

Impressed by the quick response from Calor for a gas leak I had. The gas engineer, Lee, turned up when he said he would and was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything he was doing - it was a pleasure talking to Lee, who was so friendly..... especially as he had had a 2 hour drive, at 8 o'clock at night!

Engineer was helpful, explaining how the telemetry works and offering options for regular reporting on gas usage.

Today,we had a gas tank fitted the engineer's were Rich Morgan, Chris Bates and James Fox.They were very professional,worked hard and did a great job ,they left our garden better than it was originally,we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Following on from my last review, Andy N and Dave T arrived to complete the works and again, they completed this without fuss and left the site clear and tidy.

The boys Mark Whiland & Kevin Gillespie arrived today to change the gas tank. Very neat and tidy workers but had to decant the fuel from old tank into the new one before it could be lifted. It was too heavy as it had just been filled about a month ago. Thank you to them both.

Mark Hatchard was brilliant, he replaced component on our tank today. He explained to us what the problem was and what remedial work he'd done. He was extremely polite. And told us what to do in the future if we have a problem.

Daniel C ,routine inspection of our calor tank .discovered small leak on regulator valve ,he informed us of problem and proceeded to rectify problem ,he came across as a man at the top of his trade ,confident in his ability and experience to solve engineering problems whilst keeping us informed with a [pleasant manner.

PHIL DEANS came to replace the lid on gas tank. He was very polite and did a good job with no fuss or mess.

Why? why? Why? Has a 15 k calor gas bottle gone from £28 to £70 in just over a year?
The same bottle in Spain is just £15.00.

Rip off Britain strikes again.
I have been very unhappy about the price I have been paying for my lpg to fill my tank. For the last two years it has been fixed at 84.5 per litre.
Due to my husband being elderly, cold and ill I had a struggle to pay the excessive bills. When I got behind Calor increased my direct debit from £100 to £199 per month which made it more difficult. I did eventually manage to catch up.
Recently on enquiring from friends and neighbours I realised that there was no one paying as much for their lpg as I was. Amounts varied between .49.0 and the highest I could find at .67.9
Three times I have contacted Calor but failed to get an explanation for the excessive charge. In fact I was advised of a new charge of .79.0 fixed for twelve months. Not good news for an elderly 82 year old having lost my fuel allowance.
Incidentally my last delivery resulted in a gauge laying under the tank which I have reported
I have only one option open to me and that is to find another supplier.

Jordan came out on Christmas Eve, to fix our gas supply. He was extremely helpful and professional. He explained what he was going to do. After I’d checked the gas supply and said goodbye, it cut out again, he was just about to drive off the path, but as soon as he saw me he came back to the house and was able to fix the problem.
