Brilliant service and communication. Purchased 5 items all at best price I could find. When one item arrived damaged the matter was resolved within hours.
The appliance Center answered the phone promptly. Their return policy could be better, the appliance can only be returned if faulty not if unsuitable ie too big or the customer just does not like it... Vis mer

Best price and great service.
Best price and great service.
I am a first time customer to the appliance centre. I was a tad hesitant at first as I hadn't really heard of them and had previously just used online retailers and assumed the certain one that is two letters was always cheapest.
However appliance centre did beat them and delivery was flexible to suit my needs.
Customer service was first class and they always answered emails very quickly. Will definitely use again

Outrageous delivery timings
The Appliance Centre were very communicative through the process until they were thoroughly let down by their courier. Delivering a large appliance at 6.15am is totally unacceptable. I suggest they review who is delivering their products in future.

Thank you for your review. This has been escalated to the MD of the delivery company who are taking this extremely seriously. They will be discussing this with the drivers involved as they do not deliver that early - the earliest being 7am.
We're sorry that you have been thoroughly inconvenienced by this, and hope this won't put you off any further purchases.
Drivers don't care.
Their Drivers are ignorant to the Highway Code. Block driveways and refuse to move. Not what I expected from this company.
Taken photographs of vehicle and staff in case company want to investigate further.
