I have recently started working with Apex Neuro and in just two sessions I can already see some light at the end of the tunnel after almost two years of constant shoulder issues that have massively impacted my training up until this point.

During my first session, Sarah and Rob took the time to identify where my pain was coming from and in our second session we took that knowledge with us onto the gym floor, and established which exercises I could perform to strengthen my weak points.

I had previously been advised to perform a variety of stretches and rotator cuff exercises, all of which haven’t alleviated my symptoms, so I’m really grateful that Apex were able to offer alternatives to this as I had felt disheartened having committed lots of time to rehabilitation.

Overall, I’ve had a really good experience with these guys, and I’m looking forward to more sessions which I’m confident will enable me to get back to training 100%

Just had our fist session with Sarah and Rob and so excited for the next. Me and my partner had back to back sessions, me for imbalances/ connection and him for multiple injury related issues including a slipped disc. S and R were very friendly and knowledgeable, never pushy or over selling at any point. Very up front and straightforward. Would recommend to anyone wanting to improve performance or recovering from an injury.

Fantastic experience with Apex Neuro. Even before we met I liked them because they didn’t promise me the world like some do to “sell themselves” they were very honest and I respected and loved it.
The session itself was fantastic. Everything explained well. In layman’s terms and scientifically if needed. I wasn’t left feeling baffled. The technology itself is mind blowing and we had a very successful treatment. Highly recommend!

August 2021 I lost total connection with my outer quad.

Since then, it’s been nothing but physio gurus, scans, multiple chiropractors, acupuncture treatments to try and get to the bottom of it.

The NHS pretty much closed the door on me recently and said ‘it may or may not get better’ which felt like the nail in the coffin for me.

There’s been days when all I want to do is be asleep so I’m not thinking about my leg.

However, recently I went to see @apexneuro of which after the first 30minute consultation we got a twitch. Fair to say it’s been an emotional journey so far and it’s the only glimmer of light I’ve had so far.

These guys have given me hope, and for that I am ever grateful for.

This company is amazing and Sarah and Rob’s knowledge and personable approach makes it so. I recently started with tennis elbow. Whilst I thought the discomfort would get better, it actually got worse to the point that every day it hurt, all day, whether I was using my arm or not. I had several sessions with Apex and it has now healed! I have top up sessions because the nature of my job could irritate it and I don’t want it to return. Knowing how bad my tennis elbow was and how quickly they sorted it, I have returned to see Rob and Sarah for a tight glute/piriformis muscle and I know this will get sorted. You don’t have to understand how this treatment therapy works, but it is scientifically proven, advocated and works!

Absolutely love rob and Sarah both amazing at what they do make you feel at ease! My glute and toe and back are so much better after falling 12 foot last December only had two sessions up to now and I’m already on the mend! Life changing thank you both love Tina!

Following a strong recommendation from a friend I had a (free) consultation at Apex Neuro with Sarah & Rob at the very end of June when a knee issue was causing; significant resting pain, impeding normal walking (unable to roll through my left foot) &, making stairs downwards impossible unless I led only with the 'good' leg.
In the last 6 weeks I have had 6 sessions with S&R who have listened very carefully to how I feel & then varied, sometimes significantly, what they do in each session to match and counter the symptoms as they change.
Today the resting pain is gone as well as all the aches arising from compensating for the 'bad' leg & I now walk easily up & downstairs without adjustments.
We are now working on strengthening the knee to hilly & stepped coastal walking standard & moving forward with stronger knees & fewer injuries.
A very professional partnership mixed with lots of genuine care from 2 lovely people and, a fascinatingly different take on injury & pain management.

They have gotten rid of my shoulder pain in a matter of a few reasonably priced session, I put my trust in them and have been so very pleased with the results.

I’d had recurring issues with my shoulder that were causing consistent pain and preventing progress with my training. Previous treatments from other disciplines have only ever managed the issue (hence it recurring) but with Apex Neuro, I really feel like we are fixing the issue.

Sarah & Rob are extremely knowledgeable & professional. They listen & understand training needs, and do a thorough consultation to identify the root cause.

During my first treatment, I increased my shoulder press by 10kg, and 20kg during the 3rd treatment.

More importantly, after years of being tense through my shoulders and traps, I am now relaxed so I am getting no pain in my upper back. This is completely subconscious - I don’t have to try to relax. I feel more even with all my training & have better engagement in my whole upper body. And I now have symmetry in my posing as a bikini athlete.

I have suffered with shoulder pain and pain in my knuckles for a long time but having had treatment of the apex people it really helps I will keep it up to relieve the pain

When first being told about this treatment I was skeptical, as I think most people might be. However, meeting the Apexneuro team and talking with them I did begin to feel more comfortable and was willing to give their recommendations a try. Thinking what's the worst that could happen.

Spoiler alert, Nothing at all bad happened. My results so far have been nothing but positive.

So, for background I suffer with Fibromyalgia, a chronic illness that cause widespread pain and fatigue. With 18 know trigger points, within the body, where pain localises. However, those familiar with the illness will know it is incurable and has to be managed the best it can to live a "normal" life.

&& I can honestly say I felt I had this well managed but after only a few treatments I have experiences a greater difference in my stress levels and my pain. I have found that I feel more calm, less anxious and pressured, which has significantly reduce my stress and how I deal with stress. I am now able to take a more calm approach to stressful situation. That has been very weird for me! But totally amazing, as stress can trigger my illness to become flared. This has further had an impact upon my daily pain, which has been easied gradually through the treatments.

I felt like it was pure magic!!
There is science to support and evidence results but I prefer, just calling it magic!!
