I had been having issues with muscle engagement & feeling on my left hand side, predominantly my tricep & lat. Having tried all conventional treatments like physio, chiropractic etc to no success. I saw on Instagram the results APEX Neuro had gotten and have a friend who had a positive experience too so I recently booked & underwent a 2 day intensive course.
After just 2 days I was training properly and feeling full engagement in the problem areas. I am so happy with the results & feel for the first time in years I can train to my fullest.
Aside from the treatment Rob & Sarah were great, very knowledgeable & made me feel relaxed & informed throughout.

I can’t recommend Apex enough. I came all the way from London with a long list of issues, including having partially lost muscle-mind connection in my left quad after having a meniscus tear injury. In two days Rob and Sarah were able to reactivate that quad and help me squat without a hip shift in a long time. I would’ve never dreamed this was possible after struggling for 7 years and trying multiple things like physio, chiro, osteopathy, sport massages…
I will definitely be back as the knowledge they bring to the table is incredible and they’re lovely people to work with too.

I would highly recommend seeing Apex Neuro if you have had a previous training injury which you can’t resolve from traditional manual therapy such as a sports massage. The level of knowledge Rob and Sarah possess is second to none and their unique approach has shown remarkable progress for my own rehab as well as my clients. Rob and Sarah helped me to prepare for my knee replacement operation and now, having had the operation are helping me with my physio and recovery. The combination of laser and bio electrical treatment linked to exercise therapy is helping me regain full movement, increase strength and manage pain. It is also a great confidence booster in that it helps me benchmark my progress. Working at AW Muscle and fitness gives them access to a huge range of gym equipment allowing them to create a bespoke rehabilitation programme for me.
We also have interesting discussions about the underlying science behind these techniques which makes the whole experience enjoyable rather than a chore! Recommended.

Hyperextension of the knee with ligament damage. Received electro and laser therapy following initial recovery period to remove pain from surrounding area and tightness. Excellent experience. 45m session and some rest allowed full range of movement to return. Very relaxing appointment with wonderful and knowledgeable staff.

I came to Apex with an issue with my lat which I’d had for over 2 years, I’m a bodybuilder and it was ruining my rear poses. I’ve had countless treatments on it including physio, chiro and massage and nothing had worked.
The initial 90 minute session with Apex gave me 90% cure and followed by another 30 minute session to top up.
The machinery is mind blowing as well as the two amazing people who do the practice.
I went on to win my show and had no struggles with my back pose at all. I cannot thank them enough!

From the initial phone consultation with Rob i felt confident of making a 3hr drive for a session with him and Sarah and their Neufit equipment on an old shoulder injury i sustained while i was a firefighte..

The best decision I’ve made to date starting with Sarah and Rob for my rehab.

After a severe car accident 7 years ago I’ve struggled with certain aspects of my training for competition, having several issues during my preps and never really getting down to what was causing my problems, knee, hips, lower back and glutes, I met Sarah and Rob who said they could help. I put my trust in to them and I’m so glad I did.

Since starting, thanks to their new Neufit device, they have been able to locate the exact points of where my problems are stemming from, now we are able to work on these areas retraining my neuro system to gain the best rehab sessions ever. Always available at anytime if you need any help or advice between sessions.
