I bought the Apachie scooter 500w, it is perfect for me, I would definitely recommend it, thank you.

Great product.very quiet and very smooth ride. Excellent scooter.

I felt the need to write another review about my scooter. 1 year on and it's still moving like new! Used 4 times EVERY week over a 10 mile distance, having only to recharge it once. Fantastic product and great service. Cheers to all at Apachie.

Very good customer service, I placed my order on a weekend and got worried that the site might be a scam but it most certainly was not I waited until Monday morning I phoned them after a very short wait I spoke to a very helpful guy he assured me that the scooter had been processed first thing Monday and I received on Tuesday I am very happy with the scooter it's very powerful I'm a 16½st man it pulls very well and holds a consistent speed (16mph) with a cruse control optional you can choose preferences on a app on your phone, very happy with with the quality of the scooter very smooth and glides over bumps very smooth 100% satisfied.

Communication was ok but can’t offer simple instructions,
£10 postage for tiny part is terrible

The day after I got the scooter it wouldn't charged so I had to take the power connector on the scooter off to find the power connector from inside had come out off, luckily it was an easy fix just was not expecting a brand new scooter to brake within 24hrs, for some reason it slips from 15mph to 10mph on its own and sometimes it dont go over 10mph, and it slips out of sport mode into eco mode when coming out of cruise control Now I have to wait to ride it as I now have a puncture and have to wait for new tyre to arrive. Apart from these little Issues I did enjoy riding it, been saving money from public transport to spend it on repairs 😆 all little things apart, I love it.

Excellent service from the company. General enquiry e-mails were replied to, and extremely informative. Order placed, confirmed, and despatched timeously. I received my goods approximately 24 hours from time of placing order. Will have no hesitation in recommending Apachie to family and friends. Many thanks

This scooter is solid through rain and mud and wet fields, I've had 3 scooters before the apachie and nothing for doesn't compare it looks and feels solid only down for me is I need more speed😊

Didn't have to wait long for delivery and everything was on point.

Had the scooter for 4 months and had a fault with it. Messaged them for support and the response was fast and I soon had the free shipping back to them. They messaged me quickly to let me know what the diagnosis was and the steps needed to move forwards. To be fair the scooters had a hard life, so I’ll accept the £50 for the new front motor. Considering the free shipping, fitting the motor, the new back light, cleaning out the battery tray and the new grip tape, I think I got a cracking deal. Shipped back to me super fast and to a location of my choosing! Reasonable prices with a great service. My daughters super happy!
