Apache is an excellent product, backed by wonderful service from the team. A special thanks to Daniel and David for ensuring the package was successfully delivered via FedEx.

Special note:
While the product and service from the Apache team were excellent, my experience with FedEx was very disappointing. The package, promised within 2 days, took 9 days to arrive. When I contacted FedEx, I was told the delivery failed because the package was sent to the wrong address. However, when I spoke with the driver upon delivery, he told me this was the first time he had attempted the delivery. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication were frustrating, and the customer service was not helpful or friendly. I would strongly recommend Apache consider using a different shipping provider.

Delivered FedEx next day, really pleased. Smart looking scooter from a UK based company which was a must for me. Solid bit of kit, looks much more expensive than it was and performs that way too. Def recommend.

My scooter was delivered the next day before lunchtime. Now that’s next day delivery in a flash!

I ordered the wheel last week and as soon as I made the purchase I realised that it was going to the wrong address. It was a previous address I no longer have access to.

I emailed to ask them to change my delivery address to the same as my invoice address. I recieved a reply immediately saying it had been done. Today the item was delivered to the old address and I cannot retrieve the item.

Upon speaking to them and explaining whats happened, I am very happy that they are doing everything they can to sort the situation for me.

Great service from Apachie and Dan in particular. Received a scooter which had an issue, raised my concerns and was very swiftly contacted by Dan. He made the return so simple and hassle free. He then contacted me to say that he received the scooter back and a replacement was on the way! All done within a couple of days. Superb!
