Exceptional service . My cushions arrived within 3 days of
order even with a bank holiday in the middle . The web site is easy to
use with measuring and preview of foam . All foam cushions fit perfectly into the covers . Would most definitely recommend Anyfoam . Thank you for a brilliant service

Charlatans. Don't believe a word of what theysay. Everything is "in the post" (except your money that is... that is taken straight away). On two occasions left me without my order for a week - left me chasing them - only to tell me they tried ringing (LIES - and it's not just me, read the other reviews... this is common practice for them). Awful customer service - the women on the phone don't give a flying monkeys. Very rude.

I am sorry to have to post this. I submitted a previous review for this company and hereby retract it. Do not buy from this company if you expect a custom order where there are certain requirements you need. I placed an order for a charitable project which needed care. This order went in on Thursday 22nd August, apparently they tried to call on both days which is incorrect as the phone number given never received calls from this business. I finally received on friday afternoon, 20 mins before closing, an email saying that pieces I needed within the order couldn't be produced and had to be split. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Having tried to resolve this, I've spent today to be told I'd receive a call, not done, to call later today to find they're not willing to produce the order because of "waste". Don't be so stupid as to lose custom, repeat custom. So, now apparently the order's being refunded, though no notice of a refund issued. Don't waste your time buying from them, you'll have your time wasted. AnyFoam, you've just lost a customer. Well done.

When ordering a firm foam I was diverted to a Luxury Reflex medium foam as the foam of choice in this thickness. Assuming this would be firm too, I placed the order. However, this foam was not firm but quite soft. So, when I suggest that I had been given the wrong advice and I asked for it to be returned as not suitable / incorrectly supplied I was told, by a very aggressive lady, that I had ordered the wrong foam and I was hung up on! Probably the worst customer service in UK. Buy products from this company at your own risk.

very pleased with the foam i ordered to replace sofa cushions that was very uncomfortable. would definitely use this company again. was quick to deliver too :-)

This has been my 2nd time ordering from Anyfoam. My first order was for a replacement high density domed with stockinette sofa bed cushion to replace the included 2 not so comfy cushions and slightly larger for a snugger fit. I was most pleased with the quality of the finished product. Not only was the workmanship excellent but the despatch was rather rapid considering it was a bespoke item with only a weekend to wait. The actual replacement cushion is the most comfiest cushion that I have ever sat upon. My 2nd order has been for some acoustic foam cubes, again to my own dimensions. Once again the process of selection and payment was a breeze and a complete satisfaction to complete, knowing that my product will arrive exactly as I've specified.

Do not use this company!!

They lost 3 templates that I sent to them and then tried to blame me. They claimed I said the price was too high which I can guarantee I absolutely did not. They lost it and have tried to throw it back in my face.

When I called they said they remembered the templates and they searched. Once I complained they have now emailed claiming that I told them it was too expensive and to disregard the templates.

Incredibly rude not to mention completely unprofessional.

We have had an appalling experience with AnyFoam. They messed up my order, were incredibly rude and unhelpful on the phone, refused to give us a refund quickly and even hung up on me. Awful customer service and professionalism. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend using a different company.

Really helpful service and quick delivery even close to Christmas.

A returning private customer, I have used Anyfoam over a number of years for different projects and needs from memory foam cushions for dog beds at home, a bespoke dog bed (split width - for ease of use and movement) to fit an estate car boot space, upholstery needs various etc. Great service especially the calculator, the options on foams and details on correct type to meet intended use and if required covering too. If unsure I call and take advice - they are the experts after all. Delivery service has always been first class. Thank You

Brilliant service and quick ordered hexagon piece of foam, sent them dodgy email photo of what I wanted , arrived perfect fit , if I need foam in the future this is the place to get it , first class communication 👍

Product is good quality and arrived when promised. However, I wish you didn't use Yodel as a courier - they never leave a card to say it has been delivered elsewhere when out, i'm lucky I have honest neighbours - others may not be so lucky.
