From the moment you enter what the foam is to be used for, I was guided through density options (and most common use) and the measurements required. Foam arrived promptly and was exactly wha was needed

The foam they sent was 2.5cm thicker than the foam I ordered, making it unusable. They then ignored all three emails I sent over the following week, so I've wasted my money. Without a doubt, the worst company I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

I was looking for foam to make a window seat cushion and found AnyFoam offers a very good quality product, competitive prices and delivers on time. Great service, thanks.

Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. I have ordered a few times from Anyfoam with no problems, but this time will be my last. My order was sent to the wrong address to start with, and when I eventually received it, both foam shapes were cut to the wrong size. I understand completely that mistakes can be made, however, I had to return the foam first before they would recut and send it to me. I am a cushion maker so my customer is directly affected by this delay as well. No apologies were made, apart from a "sorry this had happened to you"...no responsibility taken by them, despite my emails and phone calls. Each email I sent them alerted them to the fact that they put the wrong delivery address on the original order. I told them it had to be the right one. So, after around another week, when the new foam hadn’t arrived, I contacted them and was told that the delivery had been refused, and was on its way back to their warehouse. So they sent it to the wrong address again. It’s now 6 weeks since I placed the order and I’ve asked for a refund, which hasn’t cleared yet. Needless to say, I’ve ordered it from another company, and it arrived perfectly cut the next day. Whilst polite, Anyfoams customer service leaves a lot to be desired and they really didn’t seem to think that this wasn’t good enough. I lost my customer in the end ( fair enough, they shouldn’t have to wait 6 weeks for 2 bench cushions) so I am out of pocket for the fabric and the labour and it reflects badly on me as a business. Unlike Anyfoam, I really do care how my customers are treated. Shame on them. I wouldn’t recommend them anymore.

Can't say how pleased we are with our new replacement sofa cushions....they are great quality and fit perfectly. Our delivery was prompt and, the cushions were well wrapped and packaged. Thank you again Anyfoam....we shall use you again in the future.

Very happy with the service and quality. I originally ordered one cushion for an outdoor seating area I am building in order to check the quality and suitability. That was spot on, so ordered the other 12 pieces I needed with dacron and stockinette wrap. These arrived after 4 days, well packaged and exactly as ordered. Happy to recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to use website; great communication; brilliant customer service - to the point where I mucked up the number of pieces ordered and they put it right really quickly for me, without having to incur extra delivery charges - highly recommend.

Very unhappy as I ordered 4 pieces of foam for cushions nearly 6in deep. I followed their website recommendation for Luxury Reflex Medium foam and I also phoned for advise. When finally del'd they were so soft, useless and only suitable for perhaps a small child. Ridiculous and response was no return or refund. Your reply is ridiculous. I was not told how soft it would be and it certainly is not springy. If I had been told I would not have ordered.

I have ordered foam from AnyFoam twice now.
On both occasions my order arrived really quickly.
Their website is easy to navigate
My second order was for a special shape and that came back absolutely perfect.
I can highly recommend them.

Just called to chase my order, spoke to Amy, who could not find the order and when she eventually found it, she advised its a 10 day delivery. This was not mentioned on the website. When i queried it, she said they were helping the NHS. Funny thing is i have a friend that works for the NHS that deals with this sort and she said they had no record of any foam companies helping. Its bad to use the NHS as an excuse to get away with bad service. Lets see how the foam turns out to be and when it arrives.
Now you reply by cancelling my order, very immature behaviour. I would not want to order from this type of company in the future and I will pass your response onto my friend.

Ordered for very firm memory foam cushions for our outside patio suite fabulous good fit to the perfect size down to the last half centimetre the service and cu p communication was fabulous would definitely order from them again!!!!

In good faith we ordered and paid in full for a stock 2m x 1m sheet of foam with a smooth flat adhesive backing, which we paid extra for, in order to fit it to a smooth flat surface. (Order value £101.13)
When the goods arrived the adhesive backing was not stuck flat to the foam, it had bubbles, creases and would not stick flat.
I contacted AnyFoam Ltd and they told to remove the backing from the foam and use a different method to fix it to a flat surface. (£10 refund offered)
I explained that I would like the foam and backing to be as per my order. They did not offer a replacement. I said that I was happy to carefully remove the backing from the foam as they suggested but was concerned that there may be damage to the foam if I did this. I asked AnyFoam Ltd to confirm that if I did what they had suggested to removed the backing and there was any issues please would they replace.
I received the following reply:
"I have spoken to a manager regarding your order they have sated that is you push the foam to the appliciant and apply pressurer this will still stick.
However if you wish to move the backing we can not offer a replacement for the sheet if this become damaged" (Copied from email to me from AnyFoam Ltd)
I phoned and emailed again to explained that that the adhesive was so badly creased that it was not possible to stick it flat to the foam. My concern that I would be at fault if the product got damaged due to me removing the backing and then AnyFoam Ltd would then not replace / refund. After THREE emails chasing a reply and over a week later I finally received.
"Apologise for the delay in coming back to you. Could you please package the item your have received and let us know when ready for collection and we will collect the parcel and then refund the order once we have the parcel back"
The foam was NOT as ordered and was damaged on arrival!
Very poor customer service - I would not recommend this company. Before buying of the internet call and speak to the company that you are purchasing from. Had I had done this before my purchase with AnyFoam Ltd I certainly would not have purchased from them.

If you’re looking for foam this company is the best place. Ordered a very large 2 piece style bench mattress for our camper van pull out bed on the 7th June and arrived today 11th of June. Couldn’t be more happier. Quick and easy ordering and fast delivery. Cut exactly to our measurements and very very reasonably priced. Would recommend 100%.

Having looked for foam and materials to renovate my favourite armchair I was very fortunate to find Anyfoam, they discussed my needs and recommended the best materials to use, they then cut and shaped the foam supplied the correct adhesive and dispatched to me within 3 days. They were also the cheapest for supplying and delivery. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

One of the most unpleasant experience I ever had

I ordered and paid online 17 meters of foam. They sent me 1.7 meters. One lady said they would send me correct amount. Next day they call me asking me for more money in order to correct their mistake. Unbelievable. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money.

They have a total disregard for their customer. I called twice, I never raised my voice. The lady on the other side said they would only give my money back once I packed the wrong item they send me and sent them a picture of it.

Hey hung up on me twice, everyone on my office was shocked.

Disgraceful service. Rude and careless on dealing with customers. I still don’t know if I will get my money back. I’ve paid for 17 meters, received only 1.7 meters, their mistake, their mess and still they make you feel like so bad just for asking what you’ve paid for.

Bought some firm foam for the first time from this company and can say I am extremely impressed. Foam all cut to perfect size and very good quality. The price was amazing and delivery efficient and fast.
Cannot fault them at all.
