Helpful and reliable
Helpful when you have queries on products. It took a couple of days to get a tracking number, so I assume they need to get product in first from their supplier before shipping.
There was one minor issue with the first order, but this was quickly and easily resolved - Thank you !.
No hesitation on using them again. I've now placed a couple of orders there and they have been consistently reliable.

Excellent service
I needed an ESD-mat for my hobby-lab, and didn't quite know what to get.
I found "Anti-Static ESD" and "spammed" them with lot of questions, but they always answered quick and precise!
After a numerous of mails back and forth I ended up ordering a custom sized mat with custom placed studs.
I'm very happy with the great service and the products that met all my expectations.

Terrible service
The delivery date is overdue and nobody's bothering to let you know your order will be late. Customer service non-existing. A big disappointment!

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed our records and could not find any order or previous contact from you. It's possible this review was intended for another company. Please feel free to get in contact with ourselves, so that we can resolve any issues.

Good services
Good service, quick response. Surprised by the additional charges for customs clearance when the charges were already high on the order.

Slow delivery
192 / 5 000
The processing time is long. No feedback about the start of the delivery, possibly a tracking number.
We would order from China, for example, Aliexpress is here in 6 days, but from the other side of the world.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we find this review to be somewhat unreasonable, as it has not even been 7 days since your order was placed. We would also like to point out that we have received no communication from you prior to this review, which would have given us the opportunity to assist you directly. We always aim to resolve any customer concerns quickly when they reach out to us.
It is important to note that your order was placed with standard delivery, which naturally takes longer than express services. Additionally, the order was placed shortly before the weekend, when courier services typically do not operate. We kindly ask our customers to consider these factors when expecting delivery timelines.
As part of our process, order updates are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven’t seen these, we suggest checking your spam or junk folder. We encourage our customers to utilise their emails more regularly for such updates rather than using Trustpilot for first contact, as it allows us to address any concerns directly and efficiently.
We pride ourselves on providing quality products and reliable service, and while we understand the desire for quicker delivery, comparing our service to platforms like Aliexpress is somewhat misleading. We are a trusted company that prioritises customer satisfaction and uses reputable couriers to ensure safe and secure deliveries. We aim to work within the delivery windows offered at the time of purchase and are committed to providing transparency and support throughout the entire process.
Many thanks.
Excellent Service

Fantastic ESD Mat and Customer Service
I recently bought a custom-size anti-static ESD mat (and other extras) for my desk because I wanted to work on some personal electronics projects.
My desk had some strange dimensions so I needed the studding placed differently from normal, and they followed my request perfectly.
Everything arrived well-packaged and in good condition. I love my new mat and the wrist-strap.
Thank you very much!
