Stop Snoring 

snoredoc is undoubtedly a fraud. Took money, no item received and no response thereafter. If you do business with this company, you will be defrauded.

Snoredoc.co.uk took payment no items received unable to contact them to ask why it looks like the whole show is a scam so buyers BEWARE?

I ordered and received the product, but they are still taking money from my bank account every month.... It's been three times that I've paid for the product.... I would like to be contacted to receive the refund to which I am entitled and to IMMEDIATELY STOP the withdrawals.

Anyone else in my situation???

Awful. Very quick delivery and took my payment fast enough, but the actual product was faulty and when you contact them about their money back guarantee, surprise surprise, no reply!
Total scam.

Don’t respond to emails when you try to return

One word! Horrible! It was made very flimsy! Not at all like it was advertised! I have contacted them about a refund. No response! This place is a real scam!! Save your money!

I tried to use this but it didn't stop me snoring even after following further advice when I contacted the company. I returned the device for my refund and received an email in July saying the refund was being processed. It's now mid November and I've had no refund despite emailing the company several times. The most recent time they asked for confirmation of a detail they already had so they appear to just keep delaying things until people give up. I won't be giving up.

This product didn't work as i expected. It could use some improvement.

Bought product and it did not work, in fact it made it worse. Tried emailing the company for my 31day refund.. NO RESPONSE. Rang the company and they never answer the phone! even tried to use the WhatsApp messaging and it says its an INVALID whatsapp group.. And now the website seems to be down or not working VERY VERY poor and completely disappointed.. Been fraudulently sold a product and not been able to honour the 31day policy AVOID! BE WARNED...

Unfortunately this product didn’t work for me, it was too bulky and uncomfortable to sleep in, but the customer service was excellent, quick delivery and speedy refund. Definitely worth trying.

Received mine a few days ago and it does definitely work and was easy to fit, however is bulky. I can wear it for a good few hours without too much annoyance but around 4-5 am I seem to always wake with a weird feeling in my teeth, so have to remove it. Hopefully I get used to it....

Yes!!!! This mouthpiece is fantastic. Holds my lower jaw in place. While this product is great simply as an anti-snoring product, it has also helped with nightitime teeth grinding taking all of the pressure off of my painful molars. This mouthpiece is very easy to use, and is pretty comfortable once it's molded. The instructions included are very clear and fast delivery.

Can't complain with the order/delivery service. Unfortunately the item had zero impact on my snoring, didn't even reduce it, apparently if anything, it made it a little worse.

I can only say nice things about the product and the service received. Initially I received a faulty model however the customer service was top notch with a replacement being received 24 hours after contacting. The mould works well and has significantly improved my sleep and snoring.

It did the trick… for my husband’s sake anyway! I personally found the product very bulky in the mouth it’s given me sore gums and my teeth almost feel tender….
I suppose with this product the reason you stop snoring is because you stop sleeping!!
I don’t look forward to bed time at all….

Of course I am happy it stopped my snoring, to be honest when I need my snoring to stop like on a date for example it’s not really appealing to wear. I hoped my lips would have covered it more.

Good service and delivery

Although this device did not work for me, the after care by Paul, from the company was outstanding. He immediately offered s refund and or help to find another device. Well done

This worked surprisingly Well for 4 days, then one night it came out ( or I took it out in my sleep) and my dog liked it so much he chewed it and destroyed it. Thankyou for kindly replacing it with a new one, my husband appreciates it very much
