Over and above!

Anti-Aging had a Black Friday sale and were very busy fulfilling orders. I had a lot of questions about the product I was using and needed to consult with one of their skin care professionals. Paid for 50 ml altodefense serum. They sent me 30ml bottle. Once returned to them, there was no communication that they received returned item. I had to call them every day for whole week - they kept reassuring me the product would go out that day but it never shipped. Finally after a whole week of me calling them everyday I got fed up and asked for refund. Don’t waste your time ordering from this amateur online retailer. Ended up purchasing from reputable large online seller instead

I always have an amazing experience when purchasing skincare from Anti-Aging Vancouver. Items always ship right away and I usually have them by next day. Also, I had an issue when I checked out on the black Friday sale - the discount wasn't applied. I emailed them and they quickly issued the refund. All around a great experience every single time! 😊

I always look forward to my orders-everything always comes very quickly! I was a little disappointed that I didn’t receive any samples in this last order as I love trying additional products & often will order the new products that I am sent.
