Whilst updating my home address at the vets, I immediately received a notification from Animal Data advising a search had taken place relating to my pet’s microchip number, and reaching out to offer help & support if the enquiry was due to her being lost or stolen

I now had first hand reassurance that should anything happen to her in the future, Animal Data would be there to help; It also reassured me to know that if any unsolicited searches were to take place for her microchip number, I’d be notified within seconds…. that is great peace of mind

Paul at animal data was patience and understanding of my learning difficulties and helping with the registration process. He was generally very helpful and I was able to get the job done with his step by step assistance.

Paul was super helpful getting my cat chip transferred to me and went the extra mile with my questions.

Excellent service through live chat and dealt with by Paul, my dog had 2 chips fitted by mistake, I registered 1, but didn’t want to pay again to register the other so went on live chat to see if they could de register the other one, he linked the 2 together so all good - very pleased with this service 😀

I didn't know if my grandson had registered my dog properly took me ages to find any help to see if he did I was given this phone number yesterday and received good news that he did registered her propley all in about 5 mixtures because iv been so worried for ages the man on phone found out straight away for me thank you all

I paid £99 on 29th March 2025 …it says that this fee includes a tracker collar for my pet…It is now 7th April and it had not arrived and there had been no contact from this company despite me sending 2 email enquiries!
I feel like they have my money and that’s all they care about
I will be sending another email asking for a full refund and cancellation of my subscription
It seems that customer service is a thing of the past!

My puppy was microchipped with animaldata before I got her. Since then they've sent multiple bullying and harassing emails saying "(Puppy's Name) Is STILL Not Registered In Your NAME" and that it is illegal for me not to register her and that I will get fined etc etc. Their plans are stupidly expensive compared to others. I tried to register her microchip with another provider but they can't do it while she's still registered with AnimalData who are insisting I pay to have it deregistered. Just a bunch of money grubbing nasties.

Unfortunately the owner of this business is a disgusting, hate-filled individual who uses social media to try to bully people, make sweeping (and inaccurate) statements about gender, and generally make people uncomfortable. Best to avoid

It was very easy to register my cat, I had no issues even when paying with a bank outaide UK. I have nothing to complain about even if I really wanted to.

I’ve been working with animal data as a implanter for nearly a year I made the switch from another company and so glad I did. They are a great company always send me new chips quicks and always on the other end of the phone if I need anything
