Great at supplying anime figures and proved fast and great customer service.

They had the best price for the Nendoroid I wanted so I decided to try them out. It arrived quickly, was well packaged, and was exactly what I ordered. They're now on my list of trusted anime figure retailers and I'll be checking them in the future.

The item I ordered came really quickly and in suitable, well packaged packaging which meant my item was protected and was exactly as described and portrayed online. I would order from OtakuHype again!

Pre-order items were sent quickly and efficiently upon release, good packaging. No problems. Not overpriced either, unlike many other places.

Arrived quickly and efficiently. Exactly what was required, will definitely buy here again.

First time ordering from OtakuHype. I recently got into collectng figures, and I had ordered from 2 other sites at the same time. My order from here came first. It was well-packaged and the figure was absolutely perfect. Well-pleased, will add this shop as one of my go-tos for figures. Thank you.😊

prices and shipping are excellent, perfect for a uk collector/anime fan. they even included a little thank you note with a cute illustration of their mascot, which i love to put on my wall!

Clear communication, amazing service, fast delivery!

Very well packaged and arrived quickly!

Very responsive to customer feedback. Kept me updated with delivery changes, and responded with the hour offering a refund when the box turned up slightly damaged.

Another excellent purchase from doing the mystery boxes I bought 2 and got exquisite figures one of the boxes was a little damage because of the tape used to seal it before opening but can't fault the quality given.

Package arrived quickly and it was also safely packaged to avoid any damage!

Purchased a few figures from them, really good customer service and shipping, would recommend

The action figures came as expected. The Eren Yeager action figures I got were really amazing. Will definitely buy more action figures from OtakuHype in the future.

Items were a good price, shipping was quick and no damage to the precious cargo.

Would definitely consider buying from again.

The thank you card was so cute.

Brilliant service, with best and most considered packaging I've had on an online order maybe ever. Manga arrived without a single nick and all goods were competitively priced. Would order from this site again in future without hesitation.
