The practice questions perfectly mirrored the actual RCMP competency based behavioral and situational format. I had Paul coached me on the CBSA interview. Paul really went above and beyond to guide me through all the things I need to be aware of thoroughly and professionally, more importantly, he is one of the most patient people I've ever dealt with. The OTEE Practice Exams are real and challenge the applicants. However, you cannot see all the answers. It was a valid experience on the bright side.
On the other hand, I booked an interview coach twice, received the email with my booking ID, and yet, nobody reached out. I failed in the inteview and I take full responsibility for my choices and decisions. However, regardless of the outcome of my interview, I would be more confident if the team could help me.
