Taking the Level5 Cleaning…
Taking the Level5 Cleaning Certification. There are 2 parts to the course, the initial part about the industry in general was good. The second part where the bulk of the content is covered needs improvement. The voice is robotic and unnatural, speed and pronounciation is off. It pauses at weird places and reads thru parts requiring a pause. Makes it distracting and hard to follow. The content is also quite repetitive. I am about 50% done and that robot voice is getting irritating. Also I didn't know the course content was specific to UK cleaning Industry which I guess can be transferrable.

We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the first part of the course. We would also like to clarify that the content in the second half is not outdated or below standard; it continues to cover relevant industry-standard knowledge. The main difference is in the presentation style.
The first half has already been upgraded with our newer, more engaging format, including improved visuals, more natural narration and a more latest style of explanation. Because of that, the older voiceover used in the remaining section can understandably feel noticeably less polished by comparison.
Our instructor is currently updating the second half to the same newer presentation standard, and this will be completed soon. We are also taking your comments on pacing, pronunciation and repetition into account as part of that improvement.
We appreciate the constructive feedback and hope the updated version will provide a much more consistent learning experience throughout the course.

While general information on many topics may be available online, our courses are structured learning programmes developed by instructors to provide organised, guided, and practical training.
Our courses are also CPD accredited and/or QLS endorsed, meaning learners can receive accredited or endorsed certificates upon successful completion, which adds value beyond simply reading free information online.
We also offer multiple versions of many courses created by different instructors. If a learner feels that a particular version does not meet their expectations, they are welcome to contact our support team. Where available, we can provide access to an updated or alternative latest version of that course.
