I have looked into our email system and can see you have been in contact with a member of our customer service team regarding this and your proof of delivery image was sent over to you to which you advised you had still not received this parcel.
As this is the case, we have sent over a legally binding declaration form which needs to kindly be completed in order for us to raise an investigation with the courier regarding your missing parcel.
Please kindly complete the declaration form as requested and we can then raise an investigation with the courier and have this resolved for you as soon as possible.
