I still haven’t received my order.

Heroic Customer service. I made a mistake and ordered a pair of trainers that are advertised available for preorder.. when I needed them this weekend.
I emailed customer service asking whether they’re make it by weekend.
Jonny rapidly replied, advised they were a pre order item not due til June, but did state he’d head to the warehouse to check if he had any returns.
Luckily, a pair in my size.
Confirmed and sent for delivery to be delivered the next day.

Customer service like this doesn’t happen often.

Hats off lads, trainers aren’t yet in hand but you’ll get more of my business.

Terrribke and not existent customer service

I just bought two pairs of Philipe model. Probably the cleanest pair I have bought in the last ten years. Unreal scenes at the Emirates

Trainers look 10/10 get so many compliments on them. Customer service is friendly and quick, as it should be for a small business. Comfort is not amazing but these are not trainers id wear all day, more for a day out with the lads or night out. Hopefully no price increases as they're reasonable currently. Impressive that you're in HN and Selfridges but I fear this will provoke a price increase which will be dissipointing

My shoe rippped the first time I tried it on

Honest review of someone who has owned 2 pairs and worn them for a year now.
Whole process was effortless, and delivery was quick. Can’t knock it in anyway.
Trainers are brilliant quality, clean looking and well manufactured.
Only problems i found were comfort related. Small toebox results in toes being crushed, sizing is off even if you size up or down depending on what the website says.
Heels blister or get red sore after wearing for a long time (anything over 2hours)
Toes are consistently sore when wearing these which is a shame as they ARE my absolute favourite trainers to wear.
I own a black pair and a white pair, same size but for some reason fit completely differently.
My white pair have now turned off white and the stitching is now all darkened, used for 11months for reference.
I love supporting independent companies, this isn’t a bash in anyway, just good, honest feedback.

Great product & value for money

Bought my first pair of trainers from JUDE LLOW - black leather philipe range. Superb quality and really comfy, go amazing with jeans and shorts. Will not be my last purchase. Can’t recommend this brand enough!

Bought the navy/black philipe trainers. Came within 2 days. I collect trainers and without doubt they are the nicest trainers iv bought. Communication with them was great over sizing. Will 100% be ordering more. Hoping for a kids range soon to start my sons collection

The customer service with these guys has been crazy! Second time purchasing trainers from Jude. Quality it crazy, they went above and beyond to get me the trainers I wanted in time for an event. Had constant communication, honestly not had service like it from a retailer before! Big thanks to the team!

Fantastic shoes, I’ve been following the brand since about June 2024 and I now own 5 pairs of Nico and they’re my every day shoes. They go with everything!

The design, comfort, service are all incomparable. The very best of footwear creating their own style. I’ve recently bought another 2 pairs of their newest releases and yet again, I have nothing to be disappointed in.

Been 3 weeks since my parcel has been missing with dpd. Johnny keeps telling me to wait for dpd to get in touch. Really disgusting to treat me this way having to wait when I'm out of pocket by £268. Do the right thing and refund me. Deal with dpd. Customer always comes first! Half the time I don't get a response. Sent numerous messages. Terrible experience expected better.
