Professional, awesome service.
I have recently moved house (June 2026) and received superb support from Andrews in North Cheam and specifically Megan. She was professional, thorough, honest, persistent in getting the sale completed, encouraging when things were going wrong and quite frankly awesome. I bought through Andrews and sold through a different estate agent. The contrast was marked and I would recommend Andrews any day. She went over and above any expectation.

Downend branch review in particularly Rebekah
Everyone I interacted with at the Downend branch was really knowledgable and friendly. Rebekah in particular was so enthusiastic, kind and professional in all my interactions with her. She was much more responsive than many other agents I'd come across in Bristol, made sure I found the right property and that the rental would be successful.

I was shown around a rental property by Rebekah at Andrews, Downend. She was warm, friendly and approachable from the moment we met, and immediately put me at ease.
She was knowledgeable about the property, answered all of my questions and took the time to chat rather than rushing through the viewing.
I really appreciated how genuine and personable she was, and I never felt like "just another applicant."

Right from the start Gurmit was friendly and approachable. Talking to a real person who is friendly and has a sense of humour is instantly distinguishable from someone who's operating to a script.
