I’ve been dealing with Jemma and her colleagues recently, as a contractor I’ve found them easy to communicate with and conscious of having repairs dealt with quickly for both the tenants and landlords.

Andrew Louis Lettings Repairs provided fast support in organising an urgent repair that was needed in the bathroom of the flat, which I rent. The Contractor who completed the relatively complex repair did so on the first visit and left the room as clean and tidy as it was before. There was very little disruption. All parties involved were very courteous to deal with.

Andrew Louis has provided me an excellent service for obtaining right place for me to live in Liverpool L3. They have been very professional in their communication, and they are always available to help if required. I strongly recommend Andrew Louis to all those who are looking to let houses / Flats in Liverpool.

Now in our 3rd year with Andrew Louis as our estate managing agent, and no plans to move. The Block Management team respond quickly, should we have any issues, they use local contractors where possible and those contractors are happy with the payment schedule, which is very important for the smaller contractor we like to use, no delays in paying them.

I have been dealing with Connor at Andrew Louis regarding a fibre installation for one of their sites. He has been incredibly helpful throughout this whole process; he is always friendly, quick to respond and has been proficient when dealing with my queries every time. Dealing with Connor has been a pleasure and has made this process simple, which is much appreciated.

Laura has been very helpful getting repairs organised in our flat. She listens to tenants’s issues, responds quickly to emails and liaises with outside companies to get maintenance issues sorted.
