Excellent. We had a very good experience with this company. The order was updated regularly. The shipping to the UK was seamless. We are delighted by the products and will buy again. Highly recommended.

Absolute shipping failure, not worthy

The website and product selection look great. Unfortunately, the delivery — which is, quite frankly, a crucial part of any online store and also the owner’s responsibility to choose reliable partners — performs very poorly. For a week now, I’ve been receiving daily delivery notifications promising arrival “the next day,” which forced me to take time off work three times, only for the logistics operator to change the date again. A week after shipping, there’s still no sign of the package, and I have no idea when (or if) it will arrive. Sadly, the company’s logistics standards fall far behind the competition, which manages to deliver international shipments in four to five days at most. I assume they simply chose the cheapest logistics provider. So if you have plenty of time and don’t mind your delivery date changing multiple times — you’ve come to the right place, and you might even save a bit. But honestly, the few bucks you save here aren’t worth the hassle of dealing with some budget courier that will completely wreck your schedule. Not worth it.

Very poor delivery performance

I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. After few weeks, they sent me the wrong product that I had to ship back. After 3-4 weeks from the order, I received a part of the correct product. Now after 8 weeks of the order, I'm still waiting for the rest of the product. In theory the customer service is good, but in practice they are incapable to deliver on the promise. Seems like the products are sold without any info regarding real availability. Prices are competitive, but not worth the hassle. Still to be seen if a get the product at all.

Amazing shipping speed

Amazing shipping speed and email response time! The package was protected very well (they shipped a glass vase to Slovenia). I would love buying here again.

Great service, great design

Delivery within 4 days from Denmark to Belgium, the magazine holder I bought was in perfect condition exactly as I'd hoped. Made a present for a very happy mom :)
