Update - removed a star as my recent withdrawal was £300 different to the live market rate from USD to GBP. I appreciate some fluctuations in xrate are normal, but this is far more than expected, nowhere near market rate and has wiped out most of my gains over the last 6 months. For anyone based in the UK, be wary that if you withdraw funds, you may not get what you expect
